Driver 2 - Region Car tricks with codes

I had found a couple of tricks you can do with Region Cars with a few codes.
Possible Traffic Vehicle 1:

Cop Vehicle:

Regional Vehicle:

REGIONAL VEHICLES = 8 - C
Enable/disable regional vehicles to spawn:
800AB2EC 000x
0=Disable
1=Enable
City Modifier:
800AA6B0 000x
Chicago = 0
havana = 1
Vegas = 2
Rio = 3
Level Loader:
800AAA88 000x
0 = Does not load new parts of the level as player moves
1 = Loads new parts of the level as player moves
NOTE: This can not be turned off while at the loading screen or main menu as the game needs to be able to load some assets or the game will crash.

This is interesting; I didn't know specific areas of each map loaded their own vehicle into one of the “slots“, and that they always load correctly instead of using a texture in memory. (Reminds me of how Jericho's textures only load in specific parts of Havana…)
Also, this video answered one of my questions about Driver 2; I wondered how much of the city was loaded at any point. I thought it was only the small, one-block rendered area, but now I know it's loading large parts of the map at a time. I think it would be cool if another video was made just explaining how the game streams assets in and out so seamlessly, without any awkward loading pauses, on a slow CD like this.
Do the special vehicles' textures and meshes load into a specific reserved part of RAM/VRAM? I'm thinking they probably do since they don't look glitchy in cities they aren't meant to appear in.
~15:30 This feels so right; Havana's cop cars used a firetruck's siren, but now an actual firetruck can use that sound.

Man, do you know if it's possible, in a chase mission like Steal the Keys, to have only Player and Target car in the city?

How can I unlock both Las Vegas and Rio cities without completing the missions?
Is there any secret code to do so?

In take a ride mode when you pick up the secret car, regional vehicles no longer appear in cities (they only appear if restarted) if after the secret car is destroyed I activate the code to enable regional vehicles they reappeared?

triangle + up on the dpad. to get in a car it's only triangle.
