The first time I saw DNA (which the first MV I've watched from BTS) I saw someone at the finale part where they all lined up and do "lalala" I was so captivated by his movements that I replayed the song so many times then I saw BS&T then I just know that his not just someone who dance he is passionate and a dancer. I'm not kidding when I say I am looking at him instead on the person who was in center. His not even my bias lol because I don't have bias. I love them all

Every time I see Hobi dancing and being so hardworking with passion, something always replays in my mind and that is when he said that he chose dancing over school and that his parents supported him. Their parents are the best because a lot of parents believe that studying is the most importanting thing. He chose to do what he loves and you can see and feel that when he dances, it makes him feel so confident and happy because all the sacrifices he did are all worth it. Each of them has their own story and that's what makes me fall in love with them 💕
If you listen to the vocals in the song, you can tell that they aren't the same as the song on the album, almost like a raw performance; but he's also not singing in the video. So this shows that he was already hard at work learning a dance to a song that wasn't even completed at that time! This video shows him giving more than 1000% ... #respect_to_our_sunshine

I can't really explain because I'm not an expert but I was staff at this program in Australia called 'Kpop Bootcamp' where I got to see their 'trainees' dance, sing and act from 7am to 11pm for about 5 days. From what I saw, a lot of the participants had aching joints and muscles after dance class, which was about 5 hours of the day. The ones who suffered the most were either the ones practicing in their own time (like Hoseok here) or the ones who didn't stretch before and after dancing. Either way, we know that if you over exert yourself, it isn't great for any part of the body. Often Kpop idols go through so much behind the scenes but we only get to see the final product. It's quite saddening, really.
Yeah, they train over ten hours every day, which must be really hard on them and their bodies. I do think though that they always take precautions like warming up and stretching properly, because if they wouldn't, their bodies would have given up by now. You can see an example in this video when Hobi especially warms up his wrists again before doing this back flip... thing, I don't know how it's called in english. Don't get me wrong, I am not saying that they shouldn't practice less (because I DO think, they should practice less for their health - mental and physical) but I think that they also know what they're doing because they have an extreme body consciousness and kind of know their limits by now (but we also see them crossing exactly those). Sooo, let's just hope that they won't be facing too hard consequences in the future...
its only hard for beginners, when it comes to the people who has been doin it for years like him(Jhope) it wouldn't have so much effects(like pain) on the body. and the opposite, he would get the pain when he stopped dancing for such a long time. our body is smart. it could understand our habit activity. and you dont worry, once they get retired from Bts and so the dances, their bodies will slowly get it and reduce the habit of dancing. and control the body itself. it won't be paining if they do a little work out everyday to suggest the body that it is time to retire.

i really love that they showed the earlier stages of learning the dance as well as when Hobi had it down pat. As someone who isn't a dancer it's easy to forget how many hours these boys put in (on dancing alone- never mind writing, recording, etc, holy moly), like you know its a lot but i don't think it really hits you just how many- because they make it LOOK SO EASY. because they're fucking talented. but also such hard workers. i just loved seeing Hobi's process and getting the tiniest taste of just how hard he works (and all the others of course). honestly so inspiring, they make me want to work harder at everything i do. they deserve every single bit of their success and more♡

This is the best I've seen him, and I'm so happy to get to see him shine even more than usual ^-^

I really hope people realise how hard BTS work to make us themselves and their families happy and proud. If your a true ARMY's you would love BTS because of who they are, their personalities and how hard they work. Not for their looks. They don't deserve all the hate they get. They work harder then most people I know. They are one of the hardest working groups ever. People need to appreciate them more. They work so hard that I'm getting really worried that their overworking themselves and might end up hurting themselves in the future. Every time I see Hobi dancing and being so hardworking with passion, something always replays in my mind and that is when he said that he chose dancing over school and that his parents supported him. Their parents are the best because a lot of parents believe that studying is the most importanting thing. He chose to do what he loves and you can see and feel that when he dances, it makes him feel so confident and happy because all the sacrifices he did are all worth it. Each of them has their own story and that's what makes me fall in love with them 💕

I can't really explain because I'm not an expert but I was staff at this program in Australia called 'Kpop Bootcamp' where I got to see their 'trainees' dance, sing and act from 7am to 11pm for about 5 days. From what I saw, a lot of the participants had aching joints and muscles after dance class, which was about 5 hours of the day. The ones who suffered the most were either the ones practicing in their own time (like Hoseok here) or the ones who didn't stretch before and after dancing.
Either way, we know that if you over exert yourself, it isn't great for any part of the body. Often Kpop idols go through so much behind the scenes but we only get to see the final product. It's quite saddening, really.
Yeah, they train over ten hours every day, which must be really hard on them and their bodies. I do think though that they always take precautions like warming up and stretching properly, because if they wouldn't, their bodies would have given up by now. You can see an example in this video when Hobi especially warms up his wrists again before doing this back flip... thing, I don't know how it's called in english.
Don't get me wrong, I am not saying that they shouldn't practice less (because I DO think, they should practice less for their health - mental and physical) but I think that they also know what they're doing because they have an extreme body consciousness and kind of know their limits by now (but we also see them crossing exactly those). Sooo, let's just hope that they won't be facing too hard consequences in the future...
its only hard for beginners, when it comes to the people who has been doin it for years like him(Jhope) it wouldn't have so much effects(like pain) on the body. and the opposite, he would get the pain when he stopped dancing for such a long time. our body is smart. it could understand our habit activity. and you dont worry, once they get retired from Bts and so the dances, their bodies will slowly get it and reduce the habit of dancing. and control the body itself. it won't be paining if they do a little work out everyday to suggest the body that it is time to retire.

i really love that they showed the earlier stages of learning the dance as well as when Hobi had it down pat. As someone who isn't a dancer it's easy to forget how many hours these boys put in (on dancing alone- never mind writing, recording, etc, holy moly), like you know its a lot but i don't think it really hits you just how many- because they make it LOOK SO EASY. because they're fucking talented. but also such hard workers. i just loved seeing Hobi's process and getting the tiniest taste of just how hard he works (and all the others of course). honestly so inspiring, they make me want to work harder at everything i do. they deserve every single bit of their success and more♡
