- Had quite a few beers in the making of this one...
Bobcat F Series troubleshooting. Lots went on here. I could have sworn I had an electrical issue but after making the computer happy it seems that the actuators were the issue. I would recommend a full actuator replacement and possibly a controller replacement if the problem persists.

Well done. I feel your pain being the owner of two F series Bobcats. When Clark sold to Ingersoll Rand a lot of knowledge went down the rabbit hole you just crawled out of! They just don't make them like they used to...thank God.

Very informative video! The valve light on the BICS of my 763f is flashing twice.According to the maintenance manual this means the valve output circuit is shorted to battery power.I have no idea what this means.The lift and tilt seem to be working fine.Do you have any idea what this means and how to correct the problem? Thank you!
I've got nearly identical issue. Waiting on some new brushes now. Mine where way smaller but the cause was the main lift spool seals are bad and leaked into the actuator then into the globe motor.

Tenho outro problema numa s510 Que de 1 dia pró outro não dá marcha, não anda nem atrás nem à frente, não desbloqueia , fica com o( P) sempre a piscar, já vi visíveis,relés , mas não consigo resolver!!😢
Check all of your ground connections. Check the cab ground connections and the motor ground connection. There are quite a few. Mack sure your C1&C2 primary harness connections are together properly and aren’t getting moisture.
A minha 753 nao trabalha os hidráulicos, o led não fica aceso só fica a piscar
How many blinks is it doing? If it is non stop then you have a bad positive connection to the computer.

Got a s150 no lift no tilt bobcat tech came out and I wasn’t impressed. He hooked his computer to it and said no communication to the joysticks, acs .
He said at bare minimum it needs a new harness. 2k any thoughts i was thinking of pulling the harness out to inspect
Don’t replace the entire harness. I would inspect and look for a short. It could be the acs module but it is likely a bad ground or power supply some where
I reached out for support many times and I have not been impressed with the bobcat support
I have a t300 track bobcat it drives great but I can't get any lift or bucket movement
Thanks for reaching out. I would check your hydraulic lock solenoid. It likely failed, very common!
I put a strong magnet on my hydraulic lift solenoid. That holds the valve open. Fixed my no-lift/tilt issue.
A very valient effort but you stuck your neck out and got whacked. all the time spent on that wasted now you cant help but loose on that job ..... not fair to you..next time you see a nightmare tell them to send it to the dealer and wash your hands of it........
Agora a minha 753 nao faz movimentos hidraulicos, o led nao fica fixo, fica a piscar, sei que enquanto o led nao fica sempre fixo nao funcionará!!
