Do you get nervous when you hear the the words "nursing diagnosis," or "nursing school care plan"? You're not alone. I used to feel the same way in nursing school. That is, before I cracked the nursing care plan code and figured out how to ace them.
In this video, I'll walk you through 3 steps to choosing and prioritizing your nursing diagnoses, so that you can get better grades on your nursing school care plans.
Writing a NANDA® nursing diagnosis doesn't need to be hard or complicated. These 3 tips will help you gain more confidence in writing a nursing diagnosis for your nursing school care plan.

Hello!! I'm a first year nursing student and I found this really helpful for making my case studies. I have a question to ask.
Do all of the ndx(health promotion, risk, and problem focused dx) should be connected to one another?
For example, I have made a health promotion diagnosis stating about " readiness for enhanced coping" and then for my risk is "risk for impaired skin integrity", and for my actual "acute pain related to movement of bone fragments as evidenced by mask of pain". Please help, I'm having confusions for this one.

I have a book named Fundamentals of Nursing by Potter & Perry . Can I prefer that book to choose the best nursing diagnosis??
I'm not very familiar with that book, does it have all of the nursing diagnoses listed along with goals and interventions? If it does, than it will work. If not though, I really recommend getting the Nursing Diagnosis Handbook by Ackley and Ladwig.
