That "Air Scarf" is brilliant. That the best spot to apply heat/cold. The blood flowing through the carotid gets heated or cooled and has drastic effects on the entire body. All you need really!
Sony recently made a portable air conditioner which is placed at the same spot on the body. I guess that's the reason.

I love those saw blade style wheels. Mercedes overlooked an attention to detail with them though. They only made one style wheel so the saw pattern is facing forward on the right side of the car and backwards on the left.

@Doug 9:25 it's not missing anything, this blank buttom is for the Coupé version :) it's the buttom for the rear sunshade. And there's no Maybach Coupé, except the original Maybach 57s Xenatec custom built and limited to 6-8 cars.
