Wow! That was the most thorough explanation of how to make some sense of the ever 'mysterious' vertex. I was getting very tired of the regular line of you just can't predict anything about the vertex because it is by its nature 'unpredictable' - I get that but you have explained what to look for so very clearly. I was able to immediately find my 'fated encounter' persons moon conjunct to my vertex at 0 degree in my 8th house of Sagittarius. @@markimakki1953 Haha it's hard when you don't see the charts visually. So...your natal vertex is in Sag and your SR vertex is also in Sag? You met someone with Sag moon correct? If their moon falls in your 8th it could be they're here to help you break through certain subconscious insecurities acted out through obsession, quite a sexual linkage too.

His vertex is not aspected in his natal chart, but when I looked at his solar return chart his moon is in Scorpio, conjunct his Scorpio vertex (both at 26 degrees) AND it’s a Scorpio full moon right now and my sun sign is Scorpio. The attraction is very strong. Kind of intimidating and I am learning a lot about how Pluto is affecting our situation. My Pluto is opposite is Venus but he is Pluto rising and so he sometimes comes across as the more plutonic one. I hope we both can learn to relinquish control and let it ride. so i met someone in 2019 right after my solar return. we both knew each other as we have common friend circle but we never met in person. i crossed checked our solar returns with our natals. i found their SR vertex conjunct my natal venus jupiter conjuction the year we met. Wow! A new moon happened on their natal vertex around aug 2019 and we met a month later.

Last year I met this guy on his birthday 6/12. His Venus (5º Taurus) conjunct exactly my Chiron and opposite my Vertex (6º Scorpio). The transit Uranus at that time was 5º Taurus. The transit Neptune at that time conjunct his Descendant and my South Node. The new Moon of that month (6/3) conjunct exactly my Ascendant. I don't know his exact birth time. Vertex is very time sensitive, a few minutes off his exact birth time could result in his Vertex in either Picses or Aquarius, and the 1.5 degree orb makes things even harder. So no way to know if there's any double whammy. Well, not too much happened. I had a crush on him right away but when the transit Neptune turned retrograde a few days later I woke up and realized I just fell in with my own imagination. Later on I found out he had a gf and we've been kind of acquaintances only having some small talks on and off since then.

I was wondering the same. When i use the whole sign system, it gives me chiron in virgo in the 7th retrograde, along with vertex in virgo. My few relationships always lasted a few years and i was the one to end it acknowledging that me and the person weren’t for each other. Now my current relationship is shaky. Hii.. first I love how you explain astrology. I learn a lot about aspects and celestial bodies outside of the planets from you. So... Since I got back into astrology I've been asking friends for their birth time and location LOL. I spent some time with someone recently and... I kind of noticed him previously but I REALLY noticed him on the 3rd (his birthday I just found out). In chatting with him I learned his life path number is 4 (my Destiny number is 4). His destiny number is 1 (I'm an 11...hmmmm). Ok so I ask for his birth time and place so I can just see what I may be considering entertaining. I remembered this video and came back to it while i had his chart up. Ok so my Venus is in Sagittarius. He is a Sagittarius rising. Hmmm... Synastry both of our moons are in each other's respective 5th house. Hmmmm.... Ok let me check out this Vertex. So his Vertex is in Leo on his natal and in Sagittarius on his solar return chart. For me my vertex is in Scorpio on my solar return and it's also there on my natal. Degrees just differ. When I look at the degrees... His Vertex is at 6 degrees in Leo and my Jupiter is at 2 degrees in Leo (natal). My Mars is in Scorpio in Sagittarius on my Solar Return chart. He has Mercury in Scorpio on his solar return (my top love language is words of affirmation so that tickled me). Oh and his Juno is also in Scorpio on his solar return chart. Oh and check this out June is 4'11. (Both our life path numbers) I'll have to keep you posted on how this plays out because this is QUITE intriguing.

If you have your natal chart drawn up, you look for the aspects by the degrees. Example 20 degrees Leo is going to be exactly square 20 degrees Scorpio. So if you know your Sun is at 20 degrees Leo, anything at 20 degrees Scorpio (or Taurus) is going to be a square aspect. Free natal chart calculators all over the internet.

I was wondering the same. When i use the whole sign system, it gives me chiron in virgo in the 7th retrograde, along with vertex in virgo. My few relationships always lasted a few years and i was the one to end it acknowledging that me and the person weren’t for each other. Now my current relationship is shaky. Moon in pisces so issues with authority, weak father (abusive). Protective mother, . So I’m deff feeling the doomed aspect 😕

Birthday chart from 1 year to another year. The vertex changes every year in the Solar return chart.
Btw, in synastry, if someone has their Lilith/vertex/Venus/Node node conjunct the other’s venus & Chiron & MC, square the other’s mars & ascendant, and oppose the other’s Saturn, who feels it more? The other person has their vertex square that person’s Mars & Saturn, btw!

The vertex itself doesn't have ''energy'' like planets and even asteroids do. So I wouldn't generally look to vertex aspecting vertex.

Hii.. first I love how you explain astrology. I learn a lot about aspects and celestial bodies outside of the planets from you. So... Since I got back into astrology I've been asking friends for their birth time and location LOL. I spent some time with someone recently and... I kind of noticed him previously but I REALLY noticed him on the 3rd (his birthday I just found out). In chatting with him I learned his life path number is 4 (my Destiny number is 4). His destiny number is 1 (I'm an 11...hmmmm). Ok so I ask for his birth time and place so I can just see what I may be considering entertaining. I remembered this video and came back to it while i had his chart up.
Ok so my Venus is in Sagittarius. He is a Sagittarius rising. Hmmm... Synastry both of our moons are in each other's respective 5th house. Hmmmm.... Ok let me check out this Vertex. So his Vertex is in Leo on his natal and in Sagittarius on his solar return chart. For me my vertex is in Scorpio on my solar return and it's also there on my natal. Degrees just differ. When I look at the degrees... His Vertex is at 6 degrees in Leo and my Jupiter is at 2 degrees in Leo (natal). My Mars is in Scorpio in Sagittarius on my Solar Return chart. He has Mercury in Scorpio on his solar return (my top love language is words of affirmation so that tickled me). Oh and his Juno is also in Scorpio on his solar return chart. Oh and check this out June is 4'11. (Both our life path numbers)
I'll have to keep you posted on how this plays out because this is QUITE intriguing.

If you have your natal chart drawn up, you look for the aspects by the degrees. Example 20 degrees Leo is going to be exactly square 20 degrees Scorpio. So if you know your Sun is at 20 degrees Leo, anything at 20 degrees Scorpio (or Taurus) is going to be a square aspect. Free natal chart calculators all over the internet.
