Hey brother, so for slog 3, I always kept my base iso at 800. In order to not over expose I used a 2-5 stop VND by polar pro, and at times I would stop down my aperture to f/5.6-f/7, in combination with using my VND filter. The dynamic range on the A7Cii is very powerful and forgiving in complex lighting situations, so in post I can just balance everything out. I don’t quite have it down to an exact science yet, but feel fairly comfortable shooting log. Might do an in depth video in the future!
yo ive been thinking about picking up an a7cii with a zoom lens + prime. settled on the 24 f2.8 but still thinking of which zoom to get. the 24-105 is on the list but I was concerned if it would feel so front heavy due to the weight of the lens. Has it been an 'issue' for you?

I have this same camera I just need to cop me a gm lens asap, I’m current rocking a 24-105 g lens but it’s an f4 but it gets the job done
With the 105mm focal length I’m sure you can still achieve great compression and look. Thank you for watching 🔥🙏🌅
