I like to think of them as the crafters and DIY-ers, because they're so hardworking and good with their hands. Just because their standards are broader doesn't mean that they're less valuable, in fact they are probably more accepting of personality diversity than any other house. Some of us don't need to be brave, ambitious, or intellectual; we just need to be loved :)
