This is sourced from a Japanese bootleg entitled “The Honeys-Unreleased/Mike Love-First Love”, which I was lucky enough to find thanks to the help of a friend (for those curious, all of the Honeys tracks on the bootleg have since been released on the 2013 compilation album The Big Beat 1963). The audio quality may not be as S-tier as the HQ Country Love upload, but it is still miles ahead of what has been previously available to the general public. All remastering and speed-correction done by yours truly. Album cover is a spoof of Leonard Cohen’s Songs of Love and Hate, originally designed by John Berg.
