- Join Scott & Becca as we visit the Irn Bru Carnival in Glasgow at the SEC for the first ever time, we checked out the rides and everything that's on offer at the event. The Irn Bru Carnival is open through to the 13th January 2019 featuring several thrill and family rides including two roller coasters.

Great event this I went back in 2005 all the way from the South. The Wild Mouse was actually new Easter 2002 but has been well kept by Danter Attractions who also own the "Air" Star Shape ride. As for the Speed Buzz, well that ride is one of my guilty pleasures!! 😂😂
Fair-Pix Videos The Wild Mouse is in excellent condition, I hope our comments are taken as a compliment because we were very impressed at how fresh the coaster looked!
@@yourexperienceguide indeed your comments are. Last winter the cars were completely refurbished and repainted by Abie Danter and his sons in their shed. They also completely stripped down the Air spindles, refurbished the seats and gave everything a repaint.

Well what a great surprise vlog! I’ve had headaches after speed buzz but still love it. I think that’s the crazy mouse I did at Kirkcaldy fair this year. Top star is fantastic but not long enough cycle as it’s indoors. Again Kirkcaldy fair for full cycle I’d say. A great mixture of rides and definitely a yearly visit 👍🏻

Great event and its indoors which is even better in Dec! Some of those rides went quite close to the roof though! Thanks for the vlog unexpected surprise!

Really good vlog 👍, We were able to get 2 free tickets from the paper to go on opening night, it was definitely worth going, much better rides than last year as well.

When Speed Buzz is outside the carnival it spins on the ground to build up speed, then it starts to lift when every single car is going fast. Cheapest way to get here is to get here by train to avoid car park fees
UK Funfairs The trains from Edinburgh would have cost us more than the fuel and parking, annoying as we wanted to go by train.

been afew times and just incase theres anyone in a wheelchair like myself if u cant go on any rides let them know pop into the organisers offer and they give you a free entry not sure as of this year but its worth checking out

I know you have to pay for entry but how much are rides
theme park kieran you pay £13 entry which gives you 10 tickets. 1 ticket per ride = 10 rides. You can buy extra tickets in there
theme park kieran 1 token is 1 ride
Except for the dodgems, they are 2 tickets
I've been going to the Irn Brew Carnival every year pros long as I can remember🙂
I still enjoy it okay the only thing that can get really annoying is the organisers don't like the showman using strobe lights anymore were less three years that was the norm😕
Apart from that though it's a good fair.

Abie Danter’s Wild Mouse has been travelling the UK since 2002.
idb It’s in great condition, looks brand new! Also has a different layout to similar coasters.
Pleasure Beach Experience It’s the “compact” version of the Reverchon Spinning Coaster.
