Dude for real!!!! You got offline and it was just awesome! The menus progressed and you got excited for the game. I was sick for 6 weeks and all i did was play the game! I was never that addicted to anything. The new menu is just cheap
I miss the original main menu song that you'd get logging off the Island a bit more. It's the most Iconic Ark song.

Yeah. New one ist just cheap, the old one was epic and very well organized. Especially after playing the dlc maps and the screen randomly switches!

I love the Atv too, but it seems like it was the first tek thing that was added to the game. Its louder than the intro sound and the weels dont even spin 😂

The mobile game got me into this franchise, also I miss some features from it like being able to sleep in beds instead of staring at your character as you “sleep” in real time

We are lucky we got Cryopods early. But most of the community was expecting it to arrive around extinction it is when we started getting scrap and dust. I remember for a brief time they would have the normal hide and meat

The mosqui doesn't even appear in the creature list on the wiki... I only saw both once and than never again! Not that I am upset... Just terrified, they hide in the bushes somewhere and come out of hiding, when I least expect it...
The only one I miss badly from ASE is the screen menu changing for each map!!
It's so sad that it isn't there anymore. Also we technically will never hear the main themes for each map ever again. That is unless you listen to them on Spotify or something.

All of it. I miss it all.
1: Tek dinos will be added when extinction drops along with element dust.
2: The tek ATV was replaced with the tek binoculars.
3: Wild Card most likely doesn’t want Fjorder’s theme to be blaring at us for the subsequent years after it’s release as it’s most likely going to be the last official DLC much like in ASE.
Ah yes love riding my tek binoculars since some how thats equivalent to a vehicle lol just saying they are 2 different things and he just wants it back and I don't blame him though hopefully more polished than before.
And the ATV will be released in extinction map part of the MAD MAX

Not tek dinos until extinction same as ase surely? If they add them early they’d have to add something in its place to keep the hype which would have been partly for them in the dlc
Tek dinos will eventually be added what I want to be officially added are the Tek Mosa and Tek Giga seeing as the Tek Dinos were based off of the Bionic skins and Giga and Mosa are the only 2 that didn’t receive their Tek variants in the wild

I miss having more maps! Rag, Valguero, Lost island! I get so bored of the Island and Scorched earth. Even The Center, which I didnt like all that much can't come out fast enough!

Get a certain number of points and you can spend those points. On an artifact. Or a certain Apex. Drop. Now, that would be really clever. Because that would make Genesis and Genesis part 2 way better. At least in my opinion. 😁🙂

Been playing, love it. Don’t care for tek and mek stuff.
The temperature sucks. Basically need ascended ghillie to survive most places, and even that doesn’t always protect you.
Started my own server. Really getting into it again. Love having the deeper setting controls vs the setting menu in game. Named it Unknown Ark server with a 4 digit password that’s an old timey South Park reference.
It’s not up all the time, but most evenings I’m playing. Currently building a giant fort.
Mods seem to work better on a hosted server vs offline
Edit: if you can guess the password, I’ll let you into my server and hook you up with a blue or purple argy

Speaking of, I wish someone would run a series explaining the process of mutations. Not well educated on the subject.

Tek Dinos will come with the extension, I am hopping they will bring in more of them. The TEK ATV... that is all i can say about that one. and I get a SE splash screen so I would think we will be getting more with the story line map.

you know what i miss? being able to lower foundations using pillars and add new foundations to rafts using ceilings to build a giant raft

Never seen the atv. Would be interesting having it back in the game. I'm glad the binoculars actually do something actually beneficial now.
The tek atv was hilarious, I went through the whole forbidden zone on extinction with it. It took like five tries tho

Not playing Asa unless they give me my DLC's from ASE like they promised or Ark 2 like they promised.
They promised a lot things for Asa before release but they broke the promises (maps and stuff changed plans a long time ago so don’t act like delays don’t exist)

you'll get it in time once you buy the game. They're currently working on some of the maps. The Center is coming next week.

When I realised there weren't anymore tek dinos around I was kinda .... happy, I never thought about it but the island feels so much more authentic without them
I do not miss ten Dino’s… it breaks immersion for me. It was nice to have them for electronics and oil though.
I do however miss the different menu themes. That was special
ASA isn't really fully released as we all know, abberation and genesis and extinction and fjorhawr and lost island and crystal isles aren't released yet so the main menu features is either waiting for all the dlcs to be out or its not coming
The new Netflix menu we have been treated to now is so much worse than the legendary Ark menu we once had

The old themes were better. The new theme doesn't have the same grandeur as the original. I wish they just remastered the old themes for ASA
Well Tek dinos came out with extinction and the ATV from Genesis part one so if theyre coming we still have to wait for those DLCs
ATV isn't from Gen1. Maybe you are thinking of the hover skiff? The ATV is an old school thing from the Island. It was originally a dune buggy and then removed. Then added back, but changed to a Tek ATV. That was also eventually removed
atv existed before genesis
I really loved the Extinction themed map mostly cause I started playing Ark during Extinction's prime.

The ATV is being converted to a Dune Buggy for the Extinction release extra DLC Pack as the vehicle. Yes that is confirmed by the Poster.
The Menus are the main thing that could have/could still be so cool to see the new ASA logo change depending on the DLC.
I’m happy the Tek Dinos aren’t back. They ruined the feel of non-Extinction maps for me.

Tek came out later, and it will again, they are trying to get people to play straighter, and add the OP and crazy futuristic stuff later, like in the original 😮
The Tek Dino’s are exclusive to the Extinction release, so we won’t see them for a while. The Tek ATV was exclusive to single player.
Tek dinos were extinction, makes since we don't have those yet. Same for ATV being Gen1

My first Rex was a level 1 tek Rex, which was quickly killed by a L30 regular Rex before I could get it back to base. Yeah I started ark late

@@vermiliondodo look, people say stuff about Ark all the time I find baffling. People say with a straight face they like Official PvP or Abb is their favorite map, and I’m supposed to take them seriously, so I take the ATV thing seriously too.

@@etw4life970 It is one of my least favorite maps. I like flyers and flying, so no-flyer maps are unfun for me. I find it dark and ugly, I hate farting around with light pets and nameless. When I make a new character, I go there once when I need to do Rockwell and that's about it. Abb and Gen 1, have never liked them.
@HuginMunin I get that I guess. It's my favorite, but that doesn't necessarily mean I want to stay on Aberration. After being on any map for awhile it gets stale and I want to switch it up. But Aberration is just so unique and I think it's beautiful and I like the lore behind it. Rockdrakes were also my favorite creature until Maewings came in. Is your favorite map Ragnarok or Crystal Isles or something? Those are my 2nd and 3rd
I don't miss the tek variants and the tek atv, I don't think the tek variants fit on any map and zi don't recall a single person begging the tek atv to return as I don't see a single purpose for it.

I would like the dino's menu to work on my rented sever and personal game like the old maps.
If you dig a win to some knowledge, you’ll find that:
1: tek Dino’s didn’t come to the game before until Extinction.
2: the tek car, they took out of the game and changed with the tek binoculars instead of.
All of these came with the additions of the maps.. for someone whos played for that long, i feel like you know that.
I was a solid-color tek dino breeder in ase, I even finished my solid glacial blue tek stegos while moving all my tames from a rented server to single player. Give back our tek dinos!

Tek dinos are a no, due to I think ASE being a soft reboot and Wildcard wanting it to be the truest story of Ark, wanting to be the most realistic in both plot and gameplay.
Same goes for ATV.

I was so excited for new ark and was ready to buy it, also watching so many videos but then my pc couldn’t handle it. My heart sunk. I’m hoping to be able to play the new ark, all I want.
