- Welwyn22 Productions Presents: An all-new 'Skytrain in Action' video! Filmed in early-June 2023, this video takes us to several locations on the Skytrain system, operated by TransLink (The Metro Vancouver Transportation Authority). This video sees the refurbished Mark 1 trainsets contrasting sharply with the ones in the original Skytrain and BC Transit liveries - plus both generations of Mark 2 sets, and the Mark 3 sets which entered service between 2015 and 2019, now being referred to as Mark 4 sets.

Most likely it was a test train. I haven't seen one in service on the Millennium Line yet

It would seem they've all been delegated to 2-car consists on Millennium Line work. But they should return once the Mk5 trains have entered service.
Is there drivers on this train?
Not usually. The trains are only manually controlled in unusual circumstances such as bad weather, or if some form of maintenance or operational error requires it.
