I really hope I get the chance to ride on the skytrain one day...
Come on over for a visit! Plenty of seats available on the train. Except during rush hour of course. Or when there's a big concert in town. Or when there's a Canucks and/or BC Lions game. Or the fireworks festival. Or... :) There are always plans to expand the system, improve and add more stations and trains. Maybe they'll be up and running when you do decide to come here and then you can really ride all over Vancouver.
All Over Vancouver I am definitely going to visit Vancouver one day! I will probably use the skytrain from the airport to downtown, but hopefully I will have the opportunity to ride the entire system! If you ever visit Toronto you should film the toronto subway, its very different but amazing too!

I installed an extension on chrome allowing me to control the speed of the video (more than 2x) using keyboard, so now I am slowing and fasten the train using my keyboard lol

By the way All Over Vancouver I did a skytrain video from Commercial Broadway to VCC-Clark on the millennium line. Would you like to watch it. The title is (Skytrain Vancouver) Commercial Broadway to VCC-Clark. And when it gets to VCC-Clark it turns at the switch. So it did not say where this train terminates would all passengers leave. It said. Beep the next station is: VCC-Clark Terminus Station doors will open on the left
Hi Daniel. Yes, this one's for you. Thanks for your request. Sorry it took me a while to get to it. I actually shot 2 versions of this ride. This is the morning ride, and I have another dusk/early evening ride that I still have to edit and fix. It's a little too dark. I'll see if I can brighten it up a bit. I watched your video. You're right that's exactly what happened. Good catch!
By the way why does it say where this train terminates. Would all passengers please leave the train at VCC-Clark. VCC-Clark is not a station in the middle of the line like Production Way/University
Daniel, I just uploaded the DUSK version of this Skytrain Ride for you. This ride ends the same way as your video. The train switches to the left side as it pull into VCC-Clark Station and the announcement says the same thing as yours too, I think. Thanks for watching and for subscribing. It appears that there's a third rail as well as the centre electrical pickup. Are there plans to convert?
There is a 1982 CBC news section about the Sky train being built, and to my surprise, I never knew that the train uses a linear motor which was way ahead of its time! It basically pulls the train along the track through electromagnetism along that whole strip in the center, so the trains themselves have no motor, and the wheels just roll along!
