I think you misinterpret what 'Wily Wars' style means. In the original game, a lot of the songs play just fine, at a constant tempo. sure, some are slower and faster than others, but they're not completely random, as you claim.

For an accurate wily wars experience randomly change between 0.25 speed and 1.5 speed
