- ...why DIDN'T they put in the Wily Robo Iron Golem in 8-Bit Deathmatch alongside of Gamma?
Anyhow, I LOVE this track, and I think the bass is the key.
famitracker.com/forum/posts.ph...
There is still time.
CutmanMike Damn, so this will be in mm8bdm. awesome!
MM8BDM gb(1-5)expansion?
CutmanMike I'd love to hear this in MM8BDM. This track is so underrated.
I KNEW IT
It’s coming...,
In 12 Years...
The coolest thing about the GB MegaMan titles is that, despite being on weaker hardware, the team really tried to make them feel more epic and grandiose than their NES predecessors imo.
They also feel more distinct due to their weirdness especially 2 with its broken OST which is unfortunate to say the least.
It was definetly a good choice to change how they handled the endgame in the gameboy games.
I still find the GB Megaman 2 a lot of fun, and even with such (I don't want to say *bad* per se, but) unique music composition, it's still decent. Awful execution, but great taste
I feel like 2 had the best controls. You had more control when you fell, and you could shoot as fast as the best counterparts
ayy just saw you in the RM4MI video
"So, you made it all the way up here in one piece?"
"Very well then. I'll have to take the secret from you myself..."
*"With my own two hands!"*
"NO! I will not let this happen AGAIN!"
"I've Got You NOW!"
"Time To See EXACTLY What You're Made Of,ERICK999!"
The one piece is real.
"Why didn't they put in the Wily Robo Iron Golem in 8-Bit Deathmatch alongside of Gamma?"
And then, they did.
And as soon as I saw that mapcard I went: "Dyna you son of a bitch, I love you."
Shame he pretty much dissapeared a year ago
@@fracturedheart79 yeah, a darn shame he disappeared
@@DynamiteManEXE Great man, good thing he's back
@@DynamiteManEXE Actually, I'm curious how you reacted to them actually putting it in
I've heard this one be called the "Now You're F***ed Theme." Adding to that, I always felt this song, especially the intro, emphasized how this battle was just gonna be between you alone and a hugeass robot.
In space
Where no one can hear you scream...
Dynamite Man.EXE I like how you mixed the original with the unused version
Megaman 4 on the Gameboy if it wasn't for 5 would definitely be the best one for sure.
Oh I couldn't agree more! The first 8 seconds of the original song is so foreboding! & that bass... fucking love it! This whole soundtrack is criminally underrated.
Be happy, your theme is in MM8BDM V6
@@skins4thewin the whole lineup on Game Boy is underrated, including 1 and 2
0:27 That buildup gives me awesome chills! Like an epic battle is about to begin!
- Description mentions MM8BDM and how the Golem should've been in it
- Years later, MM8BDM V6 releases and includes the Golem as a boss
- Same guy who did this cover also did the one featured in V6; even includes a similar buildup
Unreal.
Can't believe it's been 10 years since the absolute best cover of this song.
The noble demons is better, personally
I love how you used both original and unused versions!
Plus this theme is in mm8bdm v6 :P
@@Crobert24 Am I a bat magnet or something?
@@LeKornorBros Yesn't
Awesome cover! This’ll always be one of my favourite Mega Man games.
Pkspectre this theme is perfect for the final season of my little pony friendship is magic
Post-data
IM NOT A BRONY :)
Where no one could hear your screams, nor your explosion. This is just another reason why Mega Man IV in general is one of the better games. The slow ominous intro was really powerful... cant get enough of this game. Not to mention, i found it difficult too.
That is a fuckin sweet ass cover of it! I love it. Using both versions makes it even better. I always found this one of the much better final battle songs in the franchise.
This thing is legit intimidating. The entire devil series has nothing on this :0
This boss battle theme really isn't given the love it deserves. May I use this for a project of my own? I'll be sure to give credit.
Mega Man 4 on the Gameboy really doesn't get the credit it deserves
Do any of the Game Boy games? They're all fantastic imo
Much better programmed than the NES titles
"why DIDN'T they put in the Wily Robo Iron Golem in 8-Bit Deathmatch alongside of Gamma?"
The future is predicted..
More people should remix this song - thanks for bringing a remix of it
to the forefront!
This is fantastic! And mixing in the Unused version made it 20 times better. I'd love to hear a VRC6 version! (Not saying you have to of course)
I honestly think my cover has some nicks here and there, and the volume balancing is iffy. I'd love to hear your version and get something that I'd prefer over my own!
Personally, I wish Capcom would have made the gameboy versions of Mega Man IV and V as NES games; they're even better than their NES counterparts!
Why not III and Dr. Wily's Revenge?
Because they are worse. III is especially terrible, my pick for the worst MM on Game Boy.
Brick Man Mega Man III is difficult in my opinion, but not a bad game. I'd love to see I, III, IV, and V remade on the NES. But Mega Man II gets my vote as the worst GB game.
MMII has completely new soundtrack (which sounds crappy, but overall compositions are cool).
Mega Man III is not just difficult. It has quite a lot of outright sadistic moments. And it has barely anything new. Mega Man IV did it sooooooooooooo much better.
David Abernathy honestly, while MMW3 was good (i have yet to beat 4), MMW5 is the only one that's truly worth a damn, as it is completely different from all of the games in the classic series.
Epic. Enough said.
Holy shit this is good! It's also pretty amazing how incredibly similar it sounds to the original Gameboy track. The sound chip in the Gameboy sounds eerily similar to the one in the NES in general actually.
This is hands-down my favorite chiptune version of this track; I love how you mixed the original with the unused sections! Would it be all right to use this track in a non-commercial fangame? Of course you would be credited.
This sounds different from and much better than what I remember on the Gameboy.
Great cover, and I agree, that bass is stellar. Totally makes the track. :)
One of the BEST Final Boss intro and this in a GB game.
Esto es ............................................................¡¡UNA MALDITA MARAVILLA QUIERO UNA VERSIÓN EXTENDIDA!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
This is cool as hell
what are those wave forms man they're pretty delicious
Awesome Mashup with beta and final version of this
There's a shorter unused version of this song, and the one used in the game. Search "unused alternate theme - wily battle" on RUclips :)
Excuse me but the FT files found in the linked page in the description appear to be an older version of the cover because it doesn't have the unused version arrangement.
0:26 Me imagining a huge final boss.
Megaman 4 the most graphically impressive of the gameboy mgaman games.
Wily build a Giant robot to destroy Mega Man but he failed lol
Right in the moment...
I can here...”Dr.wily”(4x)
Am I weird?
Can you give a link for download this?
Its soo good holy shit
I wish this was extended! I would put this in smash!
Well...without the intro.
This is great! Is there any chance we could use this (and potentially other covers) in a fan-game?
Just make sure to credit back :V
@@DynamiteManEXE Will do! Thanks so much!
What kind of program I need, to play this?
the best theme
Hello. I'm currently making a fan game which has an upgraded version of the Wily Robo Iron Golem as a boss, and I was wondering if I could use this track for said fight. Credit will be given to you, of course.
Gofer it, bub oco/
I am, however, working on revamping this particular arrangement in VRC6. I dunno if that'd clash with your vision but if you're interested:
soundcloud.com/dynamite-man-exe/rmw4-wily-battle-vrc6
Dynamite Man.EXE It certainly wouldn't, that version sounds even better.
This boss is a complete and absolute hard ass.
early battle network in the intro everyone
How
That name, Dynamite Man.EXE... What on earth is Mega Man for DOS?
Missed opportunity and a disgrace.
To be honest I kinda like Mega Man 3: The robots are revolting on DOS.

This would be if megaman fought Omega Zero like something inevitable.
Finally Gamma done right
YYYEEAAAAHHHH
Could see why you wanted to put this in 8bdm
are the megaman games in gameboy worth to play?
Playing all of them is a good experience, but in my opinion, only Megaman II GB fell short, mostly because of its really high pitched music (which actually sounds great if lowered an octave).
Dr Wily's Revenge is enjoyable, but pretty difficult in comparison to the others what with no E-Tanks, charging, or sliding.
III is good, and holds a soft spot for me since I actually owned and played a physical copy. It does go borderline hard at times.
IV and V, on the other hand, are highlights of the series, period.
Like Dynamite practically said, all the Megaman games on the gameboy are pretty solid games (aside from II which suffers from having annoyingly high-pitched sound). But I can't stress enough that if you're a Megaman fan you should play IV and especially V.
Both of these are arguably just as good, if not the best in the series. That's my opinion at least. :p
I recommend you to play them all in order. That way you'll find games better and better as you play them (with the possible exception of Mega Man II).
Piece :)
***** Might just be because you're used to it. I've heard the music lowered an octave or two and it sounds so much better, especially Clash Man's stage.
AGK MegaMan I think the gameplay is highly flawed as well. For example, you SHOOT the Metal Blade as opposed to throwing it in the original game. Also the bosses' AIs don't completely match that of the NES games. Also Crash Bomber is highly disregarded. Sakugarne is also pretty useless, like the Time Stopper, as you cannot switch to any other weapons until the energy is used up entirely.
megaman very fast to dodge wily attack , but he not fast enough to catch wily

What did you mean by 'both versions'? There's two versions of this?
Kamaria K I think there's an unused version of this

They be the result of emulating that waveform that channel uses, and subtly corrupting it to my liking.
