Black Pepper
Grace Pimento & Ginger Seasoning
Maggie All Purpose Seasoning
1 Onion
Scallion
Bell Peppers
1 Scotch Bonnet Pepper
3 Garlic Cloves
3 sprigs of Thyme
Half of a stick of butter
2 TBS Ketchup
1 1/2 Cup Of Water
Vegetable oil
Grace Fish & Meat Sauce
Total cooking time: 30 mins
