❤️ so much love for someone that knows servers have a much better deal than chefs... but real chefs just could not see themselves doing anything else... even if that ment an easier life. Thank you Gabrielle
A magical unicorn staff. If you aren’t pounding down staff meal in under ten minutes you are beyond dreaming, and who has wine in plentiful amounts at staff meal too?
Why do the staff have a " Fuck off with this camera bullshit" vibe. Like she's normally not like that and acting a show for the cam and they are hating it.
that's basically me. i like and know how to cook. what i still can't manage is everything to be ready at the same time. usually i fail big time and the first things are already cold when everything is finally ready. guests waiting for the food doesn't really help either.
most traditional places have the family meal before some just have food after the shift and some just have the waiting staff order from the menu and some have them order and pay
yea but 99% of the time, you are not eating dishes from the menu. you just eat something that the chefts throw together, mostly done from leftover things that need to be used up. but I love it as well, we did it after lunch service most of the time.
Some other places there's rotations every week on who cooks for staff meals, which is usually a time for individual chefs to shine and show their competence. but yeah it's usually with leftover stuff lol
Nothing would happen. Unless they spoke up about it, and even then there's a slim chance anything would happen. I've witnessed stuff like that before in food service. You'd be amazed at how much gets brushed to the side like nothing.

anyone who has worked in a restaurant knows this moment!
and this is actually amazing
i wish i worked there
"maybe the family meal moment is not that fun" lol
So much fun to have this task dumped on to you while you still have more things to prep.
The fact that she cares enough about them to cook for them is why they were so dedicated to her.
I'VE NEVER SAT FOR 45 MINUTES DURING FAMILY MEAL. WHAT KIND OF STAFF DOES SHE HAVE?

I love her haircut!
I bet that family dinner food is way better than the set menus the restaurant actually serves🙏🏽
It's not. That menu was so fun, inventive, and delicious. RIP Prune
@@sammyswank damn what a shame. Sardine sand 4ever

Makes me wonder what time they start service?
I WISH I COULD HAVE HAD HER AS A CHEF IN MY WAITER YEARS... MY CHARACTER WOULD BE BRIMMING...

looks like a pot au feu
So she feeds the servers before they go to work? Is that a regular thing?

Gabriel Toledano when I worked in Italy. The whole hotel staff ate in the dining room before lunch and dinner services. I like it like that
PC Pcray That sounds great. Not just for the staff, but for the customers. The waiters, can better describe the dishes they serve.

now if a male chef had said, "you're going to pour the wine and look pretty." hmmmmm

Does she have a grill on her bottom teeth? Looks fire!
Sweating staff meal…over 20 years in a kitchen…ok.
Poor planning and poor time management.
Says the keyword warrior 😂
