@@maniswolftoman Nice to know I'm not the only one who deeply appreciates Chef Kinch. His style seems singular, to me.

WINTER savory. Summer savory, or what is traditionally called "savory" is tender and has rounded leaves. It tastes almost like a peppery basil. Delish.

+Søren Hou Japanese - looks like a Deba knife! (Correct me if I'm wrong). Classed as a knife that requires no delicate cuts, as in butchery, I really like this idea of using such a powerful tool in this way.

It's a Chinese duck slicer knife, or maybe a watermelon knife (same shape but thicker). This one is from CCK in Hong Kong. www.chefsmall.net/CCK-Chinese-Duck-Slicer-Duck-Cleaver-Chefs-Knife-8-inch

Judgement is jealousy. Simple as that. I'll admit it myself--when I'm a judgemental dick, it's really because I think I deserve it. Celebrate his accolades, move on, and go get that shit yourself.

Garnishing a fucking pizza with flowers like it was some fancy fine dish is absokutely pretentious and ridiculous. No sense at all.

Are you a 3 star michelin chef with emmy?
Kinch is.. Theyre just using the ingredients they have, which is what cooking is all about. Also you havent tasted or smelt the dish, so i suppose youre the pretentious one. Its pretty impossible to use the word pretentious without being it yourself.
