    I used the TDEE calculator and it was 250 calories higher than when i put in the bf percentage. It was a big difference. Will try this calculator and see what comes up. Thanks for the info!

    i walk 10,000-8000 steps everyday, and do weighted exercise like once or twice a week (in a good week) should i also choose the "exercise 1-3 time a week":?
