I like these budget action cameras and some of them😊 can be pretty decent. I used my Firefly 8s for years as my primary camera for my channel.

Yeah it’s surprising when you come across some of these budget cameras that are actually decent. The Firefly was probably the first decent budget camera.

I’m thinking about getting this camera.
I own GoPro 10 but, I want another action camera to use it as my back up.

These are great budget cameras. I actually have another one from Wolfang coming soon the GA420 which looks like it’s going to be a good one as well.

I plugged my camera into my Mac mini using the usb cable. Desk top not showing the connections????????

When you plug it in the camera should give you options to choose se from.
I believe there’s 3 options
-data transfer
-camera
-charging

I bought this cam for 70$, its worth it for me, 300€ for a go pro 11, not even the 12 . In europe go pro 9 to 11 are almost the same price, all above 250€

I also bought this camera without documenting myself beforehand, thoroughly. Unfortunately, I couldn't even return it, because I only used it a few days ago, exceeding the legal return deadline. I noticed that some (probably on the first action camera or something like that) are very excited. The camera is bad in all aspects: image quality, stabilization, etc. Even in daylight, if it's cloudy, the image quality is horrible. In somewhat weaker light, we cannot speak of image quality. Just look at the cameras from 2-3 years ago and you will see that they put cheap and bad hardware in these so-called budget cameras. In fact, they are some sinister crap with very high prices for what they offer. I recommend potential buyers to turn to another manufacturer and inform themselves about what they are buying. Keep in mind that firmware support is ZERO. So, no improvement during lifetime of this crap.

That’s unfortunate you had a bad experience. I found this camera not bad and definitely better than most action cameras in its price range
