Can you live shoot with this? For example could you hook it up to an ipad and make a photobooth type of a thing? Where you can see yourself in the ipad WHILE you're taking a picture?
hi! I have one of these and I’ve taken a few pictures although it says no file exist when I click the playback mode. why is that? I can’t see my pictures
Do you know where I can get a copy of the Owner's Manual? I am going on vacation in 2 weeks & I can't find mine. Even if it is on the computer could you give me a link??
Unfortunately I do not. When I got this for my daughter in Fall of 2023 I had no idea how popular this camera would be! If I had known better, I would've held onto that manual! When I search "Camkory digital camera manual" on Google, some manual PDFs show up but I cannot confirm that they are specifically for this camera....but they seem close?
@@alderandjade I did manage to find someone who found the manual online so I down have it saved but thank you anyway. It is ok but I liked my Nikon better.
It doesn't flash, but you can turn on the light so it kinda lights up the space. To do so, click on the icon at the top of the circle control that looks like a light bulb. Click on the same icon to turn off the light.
Unfortunately no. I got this for my daughter so the pictures taken with it are all hers. And she’s a kid so they aren’t exactly gallery material 😅 more personal memories.
Not great. Neither is the image quality. When I made this review, I got this for my 8yo daughter as I knew she'd love it and I didn't want to give her a smartphone. The camera blew up in popularity after I made this video as a nostalgic 90s-style camera. I stand by it being a great camera being for kids, but I would not get this for image and sound quality!
That's tough :( I have no idea. You'll probably want to reach out to the seller/brand for support. Could be a bad SD card or something wrong with the camera itself.
@@gravenner4129wow! That’s wild. What was the storage size on SD card were you adding to it? Thanks for sharing. Hopefully that helps someone else…so odd that you can’t just add any SD card.
I just checked the sizes of photos taken and they range from 780KB to 1.3MB. And you usually don’t get the full 32GB…but I’m pretty sure that still would give you a ridiculous amount of photos!! My daughter shoots a lot of video and we rarely have to unload the card.
Where you put the battery in, there is also a slot for the micro SD card. The camera came with an SD card and you need to put that card or another storage card (they come in various storage sizes) to take photos. That is your storage for your pictures and videos!
Yes! But it's annoying. You'll need a microSD reader that connects to your phone. Then you just pop the microSD out of the camera, into the reader, and then plug it into your phone. At least for me on an iPhone or iPad, it automatically opens the photos app and asks if I want to import the photos. I can also delete all from it. That said, it is SUPER slow. Since this camera belongs to my daughter who has an old iPad, I got this lightning to SD card reader for it geni.us/vqsJ (paid link). I haven't put the video on RUclips, but my walkthrough video on how I do this is on that listing.
You can plug it into your computer with the cord and it will open as a disk drive! Or you can get a microchip reader that you plug into your computer or mobile device, remove the microchip from the camera, and insert it into the reader.
@@alderandjade every time i connect my laptop with my camera with the USB, it just starts charging, nothing comes up on the camera nor on my laptop/ files
Ours has done that when it's memory chip was full and/or when the battery was out. We have a memory chip reader that I plug into my daughters iPad to offload all the photos. And charging can be slow. I usually leave it plugged in overnight.
That's frustrating. Have you taken a lot of videos and photos? My daughter ran into that issue when her memory card was full. So I moved everything from the card to her iPad and cleared it. And then it all worked normally. Past that, I have no idea.

No front camera!

does the camera pop out? or does it just stay in
It just stays in. The lense looks like it would move out, but it doesn't.
About how many photos would u be able to take on the camera before the storage is full on a normal 32GB card?

You choose the image size, not the quality. :)
That sounds like an error I might say 😅 thanks for the correction.
