I’ve watched many croissants clips and this store stood out . They use Elle butter, keep the kitchen clean and meticulously lay out the dough and butter. 😋
uh, these are pastries.. thats what pastries are.. and Korean pastries are not too sweet. The creams aren't overwhelming. not like American baked goods with icing which is pure sugar.

I addicted to croissants the very first time I ate one as a young guy in France. After I returned to the USA I could not find a croissant as good. But then in my forties I moved to northern Quebec - then real French croissants were available EVERYWHERE lol!! I’d get three or four in a brown bag and by the time I got hone the bag would be soaking wet from all that butter lol. Jesus tap dancing Christ there’s few things better than a warm fresh croissant with independent farm produced strawberry preserves on top and a good cup of Ethiopian AA coffee ☕️.
