@@K_Vang23 What is your offset? I have 18x9.5 +42 and I don't rub at all even with passengers in the back on comfort mode. stock alignment specs more or less
Maybe after this set of wheels I'll go for offset 42 or 45, don't really want to mess with fenders or camber...trying to keep everything as stock as possible.
No more monster truck!!! Looks great!!!
No more 20” wheels either!
Some good fitment!!
Installing on my fk8 next month. How's the 3-drive mode so far?
Can you do a vid driving on the new springs?
I’ll try to make some more Type R content soon!
Spoon springs feel great. They are an upgrade over the factory springs for sure.
Sickkk
After driving the car for 3k since this install I’d highly recommend the spoon springs!
Great video! Just subscribed to Your channel, what are the wheels you have on the type r?
Volk CE28 SL 18x9.5 +42
@@FosterJohnsonMedia thank you 🤙
Did you have any camber issues during alignment with this drop?
Nope was able to get it aligned fine. Removing the pins got me another -.5 of camber
How does it ride compared to stock? Does it handle bumps ok?
I think it rides smoother than stock in both comfort mode and sport mode. +R mode is slightly stiffer but not in a bad way
Nice, are those tires 255 or 265?
265/35/18
@@FosterJohnsonMedia Nice, I already bought spoon springs but haven't installed yet and also running on 265/35/18...hopefully it doesn't rub.

@@FosterJohnsonMedia my wheels are 18×9.5 38. I will probably rub but hope it's not too bad. Lol..
