That was a useful content for me as a ktm 390 adv owner ! However I wd like to know the source n contact details of the 47T SparrowTeck sprocket which I would like to replace with in my bikes sprocket. Wait for ur update !Thnx
Quick question. For such a small or entry level bike why do we even need to use qs. How hard is it to use clutch or how much milliseconds are we saving by using it. Am no pro but to me it sounds like a shtick . Might be wrong.
Its not about saving milliseconds or having a hard clutch actually. KTM clutch is quite soft compared to other bikes like Himalayan. But its about chilling and comfort. Its about having to not care about pressing the clutch or keeping your fingers on the clutch if you wanna shift down or shift up or anything. Its hands-free. My leg is anyway resting near the shifter, now i don't have to keep my hand near the clutch to shift at all. Another example would be having a headset with auto-pickup. If you have auto-pickup, you don't have to think about pressing the button to pickup a call ever. Its automatic. Or having Google Assistant or Siri set your alarm instead of setting it yourself. Convenience and comfort is what i am looking for in life. If you don't like it, you can switch it off too but i have ridden with just one hand on the bar(except for times when there was traffic and i had to stop) using just QS. I lost the footage because of my horrible Action Camera(Procus Rush).
Brw is ur gear is bit tight to change frm 2nd to 3rd ?is it making any sound coz I'm facing that the gear is bit rough coz it wil make sound some times while changing and it will be bit tight
50T you can use but not needed. If you really want a lot of low end, then yeah but it would become like a dirt bike with no top end power. Easy way to check this is to get a 47T rear sprocket and a 14T front sprocket. If you like this setup then keep it. Otherwise you can either switch out the front or the rear based on your requirement

In new bike are they going to change pipe before delivery or they will replace after 1st service.
If you get the bike now then they will replace on the spot if they have the fuel pipe with them

?is it making any sound coz I'm facing that the gear is bit rough coz it wil make sound some times while changing and it will be bit tight
Yes. 2nd to 3rd is slightly tight at times. But over use it becomes smoother. Also, there is a new ECU update V08 which is making QS much smoother.
@@parthmenon thanks brw but I jzt done my first service few days a go will it be ok after .... sometimes
Even I'm in Bangalore...brw after the software update will it be ok when the showroom will do that
From how many km ur gear got smooth?
Even after j made many complaint about the gear ...the company says it usal for the bike it seems
