Hi, unfortunately the answer is no. If you have married a Dominican citizen and lived here for 5 years, you may apply for Dominica citizenship through registration. The spouse of your child can only apply for Dominica citizenship under general rules of economic citizenship program.

Dominican Passport will not automatically give you the right to work in the UK. However, as you are free to stay in the UK, you will have more chance of finding a job and applying for related work visa such as UK Tier 2 (General) work visa which allows you to work in the UK for 5 years, then you can apply for indefinite leave to remain (ILR) to stay in the UK permanently and then after a year, you can apply for UK citizenship
