Never, the worst country ever! Such an dissapointment - terrible banks, no infrastructure, terrible services, Citizenship by investment only apply for 2 terrible properties on the island, everything overpriced, no nice beaches - all good ones are claimed by the 5*resorts, JUST AVOID AT ALL COSTS, BIG RIP OFF, feel like in central Africa
