BETCHA DIDN’T EXPECT ME TO COVER THIS SONG, HUH haha I had so much fun working on this one - Deadman is an AWESOME series. Check out the manga if it tickles your fancy at all~ SO, truth be told.. this was supposed to be a lullaby version, but I’m just in this aggressive, rock mood at the moment when it comes to music! Haha Some slower songs are coming though, fear not! haha Huge thank you to BrokeN for recording those awesome background vocals for me! Check out his channel for some pretty dang amazing anime covers! The original is such a crazy amazing song, I was little overwhelmed tackling it in its original style, but I'm really happy with how it turned out -- This version definitely has a different bite to it! (But I kinda hear it as Shiro's version in a way) Hope you guys enjoy~! This was supposed to be the first upload for the new year, but I just couldn't resist! MR Awesome If you read the manga, or watch the anime I guess, I've only read the manga...BUT ANYWAY, the Deadmen are carriers of the Branch of Sin, which allows them to control their blood and use it as a weapon. They often cut or injure themselves in order to bleed, which then they can use to fight. That's the literal part. The metaphorical part is much deeper, and relates to how not everyone is who you think they are, or who they end up to be.

I still remember my first time watching Deadman Wonderland, and this song suddenly came on. I had to check to make sure no one put a CD in or anything.
Probably the most intense anime opening I've ever heard. And you did an amazing cover of it.
Please do Lilium from Elfen Lied, higurashi no naku koro ni (song named after the anime), or inner universe from ghost in the shell.

Same for the manga.. It was going so well but then the author kinda of rushed it. She said in an interview that she wanted it to end soon because she was having a baby and writing something like deadman wonderland while taking care of a newborn child was something really hard to do

The manga was better. the reason that there was only 1 season was because the anime deviated too much from the manga and it couldn't follow the plot past S1.
I find it amazing that you can even sing under this genre and sound absolutely great, your voice is astonishing.

I can just say: OMG! THANK YOU, LeeandLie! I have watched Deadman Wonderland and felt the intro was awesome and unique to anime. Generally, there is a little to no english in intros. I don't have a problem with that but this intro sang in english already was fantastic, but your cover of it was that much better. Also, could you try to do an english cover of Resonance from Soul Eater unless you've done that already which in that case, I am sorry I asked and did not look hard enough.

This opening was one of my favorite things about the anime. Tbh, Deadman Wonderland was not done justice, the manga and the entire plot of the storyline was amazing.
I really had no idea how you'd pull this off, but I couldn't imagine it done any better. This cover is just magnificent. In my opinion one of your best, so keep up the amazing work!

to the people who havent watched the anime yet : don't even bother! the anime is pure shit compared to manga, anime ended prematurely because the studio ran out of budget, well it didn't end it was just cut off in the middle of an arc, the anime's only good point is the opening
