1. Amaravathi capital area is located below the krishna river water level. If more water comes from nagarjuna sagar dam or rain and river bed breaks it will flood the area 2. The Amaravathi capital area sand is not suitable for high rise buildings . Even for small building 30 feet foundation with cement has to be done like present temperory secratriat construction . The cost is high for buildings 3. The Amaravathi capital area farmers are more kamma caste ( oc agriculture caste of chandrababu naidu) who are supporters of Telugu desam party. Out of 33000 acres by 23000 farmers, there are about 4000 kamma farmers given 18000 acres to land pooling. The farmers gave land for landpooling not for landacquisition means for each acre they get 1/4 developed land back ( with road, power etc by govt money) and will get annuity of 50000 per acre per year for 10 years and no capital gain tax in case they sell land. The 1 lakh farm laborers lost their farm jobs and left for job search and these laborers are getting paid 2500 per month for 10 years. 4. Before annoucement TDP party men purchased land in the benami names of white ration card holders ( BPL) . All these BPL owners are going to be jailed per modi's benami act . 5. Some of the TDP leaders and party men purchased land of sc/st land from sc/st for cheap price and they issued a GO allowing the sc/st land for land pooling ( sc/st land is not for sale not allowed per supreme court) 6. Till now andhra pradesh govt not given capital notification GO or gazetter notification because per state reorganization act of ap hyderabad is common capital for 10 years. Till 2024 all capitals of ap are temperory ( legally) and all govt documents go has capital as hyderabad and temperory capital address as amaravathi interim complex. 7. Per landpool agreement chandrababu naidu has to give developed land to farmers by 2016 which he is not able to do due to finance issues . 8. Ap govt is using the coin of 3 capitals just to avoid the legal issues will be filed by capital change by the chandrababu naidu.

Population When CBN was removed from power, the population of Hyderabad was around 40-50L and now it is over 1.2 Cr. The cities population was grown 3 folds in past 20 years and surprisingly in the past 20 years CBN has no connection with Hyderabad city. How can he alone claim Hyderabad is developed bcz of him? He might have initiated a few things and has played a part in cities development. But definitely he is not alone. Population of a city grows when city start providing opportunities. 2. IT services Hyderabad and Bangalore have started the IT race almost at the same time and Bangalore alone contributes over 40% to the IT services in India whereas Hyderabad's contribution to IT is around 25%. The then CM of Karnataka never claimed that Bangalore got developed only bcz of him. Then why CBN is claiming so much about Hyderabad? Pune, Chennai, Noida etc are contributing and racing with Hyderabad in the IT services. 3. The Cyberabad city. I am not sure which areas of the Hyderabad city are called Cyberbad but, majority of the tall buildings that we see today in Hyderabad have been come to reality after 2010. Their foundation, construction all happened around or after 2010. Thats almost 5 years later than CBN was dethroned from the power. Lets look into some numbers.
CBN was dethroned from power in 2003-04. From past 20 years CBN has nothing to do with Hyderabad city.
1. Population
When CBN was removed from power, the population of Hyderabad was around 40-50L and now it is over 1.2 Cr. The cities population was grown 3 folds in past 20 years and surprisingly in the past 20 years CBN has no connection with Hyderabad city. How can he alone claim Hyderabad is developed bcz of him? He might have initiated a few things and has played a part in cities development. But definitely he is not alone. Population of a city grows when city start providing opportunities.
2. IT services
Hyderabad and Bangalore have started the IT race almost at the same time and Bangalore alone contributes over 40% to the IT services in India whereas Hyderabad's contribution to IT is around 25%. The then CM of Karnataka never claimed that Bangalore got developed only bcz of him. Then why CBN is claiming so much about Hyderabad? Pune, Chennai, Noida etc are contributing and racing with Hyderabad in the IT services.
3. The Cyberabad city.
I am not sure which areas of the Hyderabad city are called Cyberbad but, majority of the tall buildings that we see today in Hyderabad have been come to reality after 2010. Their foundation, construction all happened around or after 2010. Thats almost 5 years later than CBN was dethroned from the power.
I still don't understand why he claims as if he has solely developed Hyderabad even though he doesn't have any connection with Hyderabad city from past 20 years.
In past 20 years, its not just Hyderabad that was expanded and grown. Whole India has see rapid urbanization after LPG reforms and particularly after 1995. Its not just Hyderabad guys.
