The workout was doable but I definitely felt it. It was a lot of fun and the water felt amazing. Thank you so much and I'll keep coming back!

Great workout! I needed a water workout to help me recover from an injury and this is the best. I’m going to continue post recovery because this fun and low impact.
Looking forward to doing this again. I so wish I could remember them all. I haven’t been unable to move my right arm due to pain in upper shoulder . Hopefully I can work these exercises with minimum use of arm till I get better.
This was an amazing workout and easy to follow. I really like using noodles and such, but today I decided to do this workout instead. I’m so happy I did. I had a great cardio workout! A few more like this to give us some quick options. Love love love all your workouts!
Thank you this is a great work out. I’m nursing a bad knee and doing this inside. My swim spa was so good for me. I’ve seen a few others. Tried to keep up, but I couldn’t. Some of these ladies that do these videos swear are robots yours made me feel like I could do it at my pace and still burned 279 cal.

I just found your site and I have been enjoying your workputs. Thank you so much. My only problem is I feel like I could do these for hours and dont feel tired nor do I breathe hard. I know if i tried doing any of these on land I would be dead. Is this normal?
Hi Carmen, thanks for your note and your question. Actually, due to the properties of water, it feels easier to move and is so much better on the joints. Water helps to keep you cooler and your heart rate lower so it FEELS like you are not working as hard. In actuality, you are working resistance in all directions, so you are getting a great workout. This is one of the reasons I LOVE water aerobics so that people can get in their workouts and not feel like they can't move the rest of the day. Yes, I would say it is "normal".

I use my iPad with a cover that keeps the screen up and I put it on the side of the pool. I have a raised wall around the pool which keeps it dry.
