The Rock, remembering their last rivarly, wipes out John Cena to rectify the situation as newly minted Bloodline member. Seth Rollins, promising to act as Cody's "Shield", arrives in his old Shield gear for a sneak attack that's thwarted by Roman Reigns. The Undertaker, having a storied history with The Rock dating back to The Attitude Era, disposes of The Final Boss. Roman, with steel chair in hand, chooses to pay Seth back for his betrayal that broke The Shield up all those years ago with a similar shot to the back. Unfortunately, this proves to be his undoing as Cody recovers enough to counter Roman's spear and knock him out with three Cross Rhodes for the win and bookend to his personal story. Triple H has really outdone himself here.
WrestleMania 28 and 40 will forever be the best WM matches to ever happen. 28 was just the clash of all the titans, the HHH Vs Undertaker match had so much emotion and respect behind it 40 had so many moments that made your heartrate skyrocket, the shield music turning on probably almost made the stadium faint, the undertaker and cena coming back blew the non-existent roof off the place PERFECTION is the only word
Not sure if ya noticed this but while being pinned, Roman had a smile on his face. Goes to show how he was happy for Cody and how much support Cody has gained from the Locker room since his return. Fans may like to complain and bicker with each other so much thay they forget the people they claim they support do not hate each other but have huge respect for one another
I am huge roman reigns fan since my childhood but this is how business works we can be emotional but we cant hate cody rhodes ..because he deserved it ..if he wasnot the right man then roman would not have agreed to loose to him … As my tribal chief is in oral chemotherapy through his life, he needs a enough break now so that he can be back again with fresh and better storyline ❤ We love you roman….now its time for cody rhodes to carry that legacy … Even cody said that it will be great achievement if he become half of the champion that roman was
