How could the advent believers already have gone home at that time? How could the 2nd coming have happened back then?
Jesus said that, first, the Gospel will go as a witness into all the world and then the end shall come.
In the 19th century, the Gospel was still to be preached far and wide. I think that's only being fulfilled now in the age of the internet.

In the same way that if the Israelites had trusted in God at the Kadesh Barnea, when they first had an opportunity to go into Canaan, God would have worked wonderfully for them and they would have entered Canaan victoriously in the power of God..., had all the people who professed to believe in God, actually trusted the revelation of God they received about Himself and His law, God would have worked wonderfully for them, and the promised final outpouring of the Holy Spirit would have occurred at *that* time, and thus the gospel would have gone into all the world with power. Then.
But, they did not, and many wandered away from God in unbelief, and things have moved along much more slowly than they could have.
Same pattern of behavior as with the Israelites, but much more than 40 years of wandering have transpired so far. (We're approaching 180 years of wandering at this time, essentially.)

So, do you need to keep the law to be saved? I'm more confused now after watching this...
We are saved by his Grace but if we say we Love him, we ought to keep his Commandments...
No one is saved by law keeping, but no one is saved by a faith without works either (James 2:14,17).
By faith we are indwellt by the Holy Spirit who writes the law on our hearts (Hebrews 10:16) and who causes us to obey God's commandments (Ezekiel 36:26-27).
If we don't obey Him, we don't love Him and He is not really our Lord.
Jesus said it best “If you love me, keep my commandments”.
John 14:15. We are also judged by the royal law of liberty. We are not saved by keeping the Law of God but we are only saved through faith in Jesus Christ, who kept His Father’s commandments.
Here is the patience of the saints, here are they that keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus (Revelation 14:12). Lastly, Jesus said all that come to Him, He would in no wise cast out. He loves everyone and wants all to come to repentance.
One more thing. The word keep here means to “obey”. John 15:10 “If you keep my commandments you shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in His love”. The Amplified Bible (2015) puts it really nice “Speak and act [consistently] as people who are going to be judged by the law of liberty [that moral law that frees obedient Christians from the bondage of sin].
The law can not save you, but you can not be save without keeping the law. GOD says, "If you love me,keep my commandments/my laws."
Sunday Christianity, has a terrible problem understanding the word, "holy". Like it's a foreign language. And the so called, "reformation", didn't happen, as far as basic doctrine is concerned.
It's like a heard of of mindless, deliberately being the subject of
1John 2:3-4.
How can the majority be called to repentance?
I'm sorry but I must say this.
Usually love your videos, but lately I'm feeling uncomfortable with the direction they're taking.
Colossians chapter 2, 2nd Corinthians chapter 3, Romans 14, Galatians, Hebrews 4 -10 (KJV recommended please) etc etc etc.
Jesus Christ is our Sabbath, our justification, sanctification and reward - our all in all.
