You're not allowed to move around in front of the goalkeeper to hamper their ability to throw it - you can only hold your ground. If he'd been 5 or so meters away, it would have been OK, but not when he's standing right next to the GK.
To Onymuse: GK should spend significant time in position player skills, like dribbling and ball-handling with their feet. To save is sublime -- To distribute is delightful.

De Gea never addressed these weaknesses and always focused on how he can win over the crowd, gain their sympathy and appreciation which he got despite that Lloris and few other gks played for even worse teams and he still as bad as ever if not worse. Our opinions changed more than in any case ever regarding de gea. We thought that he'd one of the torch bearers of new gen and one of the finest of his, he failed massively on both. My Brother who called him "future best in the world" now agrees with me on that he is the biggest waste of talent amongst goalkeepers.
