Very cool to have that amount of range but the problem for me is all the added weight. Hopefully in a few years someone comes out with a lighter battery technology and THEN I think these would be a lot better
100% agreed. Not sure we'll be getting lighter batteries anytime soon, but hopefully somehow within the next 5 years!
1:30 No. I live in the Netherlands for most my life and have seen a lot of bicycles. Most bicycles have the dumbass 25kg max rated garbage written on it but that is only because they don't want to be liable when an accident happens with a passenger. The reality is those "25kg" max load rear racks can carry 150 lbs people just fine, they are made from stainless steel with pretty hefty supports bolted on a bike frame, they are not made from aluminium and any decent frame and backtire will not sag because of it.
Great review Eric!
Thank you and thanks for watching!
Maybe review the step-thru and the step-over together... For some reason (as seen at the company sale-site) there is a difference of handlebars, of rear shocks, and batteries... why? For taller guys, OK, adjustable stem is useful. I can see no physical difference of the batteries - 30 versus 60 - and that is confusing. How do they get the 60 into the same container? Is the frame made wider for a thicker battery? Could be, meaning the step-thru is stuck at 30AH ? What is the brand or what is the reliability of the batteries? Some batteries are dying after 10 chargings (that stinks !!!) Is the step-through frame considered to be weaker? And confirm that the brakes are 180mm (must be for this nice bike). These details need to be answered. Especially if the step-though can carry the 60AH battery - this issue is a big issue for people who want range. And maybe compare the air-shocks with the hydraulic. If the air-shocks have valve-stems, this feature is one we really WANT to know about. If no air-valve, then hydraulic is probably better, but a review is needed, comparing them side-by -side. I imagine a good air-shock has an internal membrane, and these still will get holes, eventually? Thanks.
So, I get no email back ever from Tesgo. I think they went under. I suspect they have some inventory left over and they call it Tesway now. They only have black, the blue is sold out. I think this "company" is going totally under once they get the last black inventory sold. NO brake pads probably - NEVER. I'd like to really give this bike a chance (seems a strong bike) but there is almost nothing for me to work with as a "company". Watch out.
Aniioki is the best ❤
Going back to back with all the ebike content I see..good stuff!
Thank you and thanks for watching!
Great range but im sure that thing is a tank to carry or move around
Great bike but definitely not a light one. Thats always the trade off.. better performance and range = more weight
Looks like a great bike but in my opinion the battery looks a bit generic
I think I want this
Go for it!
See..this makes sense to me and THIS is where these monster batteries belong. The regular rider doesnt need that much battery I think, but someone hauling a child or a heavy load is an entirely different story. Not too fond of the looks..but no doubt a great step forward for cargo ebikes
Absolutely agree. Cargo bikes need all the battery they can get
Any promo codes for this one?
Sorry not at this time
If you actually find it for sale let us know WHERE. It seems to not exist, and so how about brake pads? I think the company went under, now called Tesway and has no blue bikes and no Thunder F bikes period. Gonna fold completely I predict. Who would even buy the Tesway ?
Great review Eric!
Thank you and thanks for watching!
crazy how many 60ah bikes there is now. Its slowly becoming the regular long range
Yep. I wouldn't be surprise if we have 80 and 90ah soon. These manufactures are starting to get a little crazy trying to one up each other
looks cheap to me
Personally I like it, but to each their own!
