I know it's a dumb question, but I'm quite new at all of this. I'd like to create "an about page" using this software and then transfer the same page onto my Wordpress site. Alternatively, if you've made any tutorials on "how to create an about page using Gutenberg", pls pass on the link if you can. Thanks in advance.

No, I don't think so. You can see all limits of the free plan on their pricing page. I think it's just limited to 2000 contacts, a few sales funnels, etc, but not visitors
