1. Pain is a part of growing up. It is how we learn… Pain nourishes courage. You can’t be brave if you’ve only had wonderful things happen to you.
2. Don’t expect anyone to give you anything. If you really believe in something, then fight for it. If there is no struggle, there is no progress.
3. Everything in life is temporary. Do not become attached, just flow with it.
4. Don’t worry what people say or what people think. That change nothing. Be yourself.
5. Don’t complain; just work harder. If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude.
6. Always remember that your present situation is not your final destination. The best is yet to come.
7. Opportunity often comes disguised in the form of misfortune, or temporary defeat.
8. Never give up. Today is hard, tomorrow will be worse, but day after tomorrow will be sunshine.
9. The key to life when it gets tough is to keep moving. Just keep moving.
10. Hard times don’t create heroes. It is during the hard times when the ‘hero’ within us is revealed.
11. Life is a circle of happiness, sadness, hard times and good times. If you are going through hard times have faith that good times are on the way.
12. Heavy rains remind us challenges in life. Never ask for a lighter rain. Just pray for a better umbrella.

My family has bn gg through vry hard times since 2018,my sp needs middle 21 yr son suddenly has ear sensory started in 2018,he w cringe when he hears any random person talking or run away ..I gv him.ear phones,ear plug even winder ear muffs ,he doesnt want to wear them.He w keep his fingers by the 2sides of his face .We used to go.out as a family to very noisy public places even to new yr count celebration.Doctors, even chinese tradition doctors cant help him.Seeing him like thst really break my heart.
