Good luck with the injections! Hopefully, they work for you. Love following along with your weight loss journey. I’m currently 206lbs, and have lost 30lbs. But hit a plateau. Thinking I’m going to focus on Whole Foods, and try to eliminate all processed foods, but it’s so hard, to change. What a bummer that you found a dr you really liked and know she is retiring. 💕
Yeah, I have been at a plateu as well. My kids are going back to school tomorrow, and I am going to be able to start going back to the gym. The last😊 time I checked, I was around 195, and I started at 258. My goal is 140-150. Good luck with moving forward from your plateu.
@@jessicapadron7886 I workout at home, and that I am actually really consistent with. It's the food, for me! I track my food in my fitbit app, but I keep going over my calories! I'm hoping eating more whole food will help me feel full so I don't keep doing that and also remove the chemicals which can mess with metabolism. My goal is about 150 too. Good luck with your weight loss journey! 💕
That is amazing!! 206, I can't wait to be there but how frustrating to be so close to your goal and plateau, ugh!! I hope the whole foods work well for you! I know last summer I hit a plateau and then, for no reason at all that I could see, my body just decided "Oh, fine!! We'll start losing again" I hadn't changed anything, I just kept doing what I was doing and she finally got past it. I'm looking forward to your future updates and how it goes! ❤️
Good luck with injections. I am excited about kids going back to school and getting back to the gym tomorrow. I have a good feeling I will be starting to go back down soon.
Hoping injections go well for you! Looking forward to following along. You got this! MaddieDoesWhatSheWants is a smaller youtube channel I've been enjoying. She has detailed her experience with GLP-1 medication and just recently weaned herself off. I thought you might find value in her content as you get started with injections.
Good luck with the shots! And so sorry you wont be able to see that doctor anymore, what a bummer. I left a comment a couple weeks ago saying I was getting close to being under 200 and i did finally make it! I've spent about a week hovering right at 199.8-200.4 lol I’m looking forward to getting further away from it. Hope you have a great weekend!
🎉🎉Congratulations!!! That is so awesome and such an achievement! I know about that hovering part, I hope you are able to get more comfortably away from it soon but, still, enjoy this victory! ❤️
Thank you! Uggh, weren't we both just congratulating ourselves on coming through vacations without weight gain? I'm sure you haven't gained as much as I did but I feel you, what is up with this backwards summer? Maybe now that things are settling back into more of the usual routines we can get back to it!

Best of luck with the injections. I've gained weight back in the last few weeks after my summer vacation and IDK what in the world happened 🙄

Jeez, staying on medication or doing surgery, what a crummy choice. You're doing great Becky!
Right? But, better than being back at 320 where I was when I actually started this journey (before I started documenting) Le sigh, choices.
