The most difficult thing for me:

Thank you for your example of a solitude day. Now I understand why, each Sunday, my paternal grandmother sent each one of us out of the cabin with instructions to go spend the day alone. (We lived far out in the mountains, and had to stay within shouting distance of the cabin.) We even fasted. I wish she had explained the "why".
I also understand why I've been so strongly led this week to reimplement that solitude into my life.
I hear you Lord, and obey.
This is what the Sovereign LORD, the Holy One of Israel, says: “Only in returning to me and resting in me will you be saved. In quietness and confidence is your strength. But you would have none of it.
