I favorited so many of the patterns you mentioned today. Thanks for another great podcast!! SO SUPER HAPPY to sponsors about Wool Warehouse shipping prices!!! Thanks!!!
Oh my goodness! That looks like the most epic yarn store! All but one yarn stores in my area has closed, so Wool and Co looks like a dream. Congrats on the Tif test knit and thanks so much for sharing so very thoughtfully with us.❤
Wool and Co. is my favorite on-line shop. Free and fast shipping and such a huge collection of yarn. It looks amazing in “real life” and now I have to plan a trip to Illinois. 😂
My goodness...I am from Cullman county, but currently living in central Illinois....there is only one yarn shop within an hour from these corn fields....before I became a knitter, I visited a yarn shop on hwy 431 in Huntsville with a co-worker . I enjoy your podcasts. Blessings from Illinois.
Hello! Thank you so much! You are so sweet. And thank you for watching my little RUclips channel and taking the time to comment! Have a wonderful day! 😊❤️
Hallo Bobbi, I am watching your Podcast since a while and I love your projects. You Arena so lucky to have such a knitters paradise near by you. It is so great ro See all the wool. I wish I would have the same in Germany. And now I will continue watching your Video. Best regards Brigitte
Malabrigo Rios is the one yarn that I can wear as I am very sensitive to anything with wool ! I so appreciate the fact you give details on types of yarn which is very important to me. Love your videos ❤
I have been to Wool & Co. and loved it. I now live in the Chicago area but I was born and raised in southern Illinois. It’s always nice to hear from a fellow Illinoisan.
Ha! Just the opposite. I was born and raised in Chicago area and now live in southern Illinois. Tempted to get on train and get to Elgin to visit that fabulous store. Golly, who needs Rhinebeck.
Woot! woot! Thanks again for collaborating with Taciana and giving away the amazing toolkit! I am in baby knitting mode, making a hat right now, for a niece’s baby shower! A great project to take everywhere. Thanks for the Wool and Co tour! What a beautiful store! I think you will enjoy knitting with the Rios yarn 🧶 ❤
Thank you for the tour of Wool & Co. So glad you got to spend time with your mom. 92 and still getting around well is a blessing! I have knit with Berroco a few times and I have no complaints.
Hi Bobbi, love the socks, I didn't know you had Aldi in Alabama, it's a german shop here and I got the same chrysanthemum, hard word to spell 😅 Sit and knit , why not ? Thanks so much 😊
Hello Bobbi, thank you for the information regarding the sock patterns on your video. I can’t wait to check out some of her patterns. I was also excited to see you bought the same Malabrigo Rios yarn in the same color I have. It’s still sitting in the bag and waiting for my next project. Looking forward to your next video.
Wow Bobbi, Wool and Co is the largest yarn store I have seen. A wonderful selection of yarns. I just finished my Ilha, LOVE IT, you were the inspiration. I used Sonder yarn. I’m just about finished the Wood Anemone by Sari Nordlund. An excellent pattern and wonderful lace, written as well as charted. Thank you for always stating metric needles sizes as well as US. I agree, postage is ridiculous! Thx for another great podcast!
Beautifull yarnstore. But why are most of the yarn from Europe? Where is the Madeline Tosh and Cascade? And there are probably a lot more American brands 😊
Bobbie, last time I was at Wool & Co. had that Yorkshire sock yarn. I don’t remember the price. Worth checking them out. Love all the inspiration you give us & seeing all your beautiful knitting.. I’m going to knit those beautiful socks that you did. Thank you. ❤
I will be interested to see how the Weekender comes out in the Berroco Vintage DK! I have several skeins of it and might use it for the same pattern if you like yours! Also, how did the BT Quarry blanket feel (from Wool & Co)? I have 4 skeins that I'd like to use for a vest. And I love Wool & Co! I order regularly from them. Happy knitting!
I love your vlogs Bobbi. This one was so enjoyable too with its gorgeous autumn theme. Your knits are all beautiful and you look amazing in them. You wear them and style them so well. Are you doing Vlogmas again this year? If you are I can’t wait to watch them. 🧶🍂🇬🇧😃🥰
I was so excited when I saw you had a new video up. I love your videos. I’m working on my first cardigan with a button band. I won’t get to that until the end but it is very daunting to me. I just started the back of the cardigan so it will be a long while. It’s fingering wt and a bit harder on my hands. Needing frequent breaks. You do such a beautiful job on your knits! Happy Halloween Bobbi. 🎃
I love wool warehouse their customer service and prices are great wow the shipping to USA is great value what usually take the time is going through customs their despatch time is fast. I’ve wanted to buy yarn from the states and Canada but the shipping is so expensive
I love ordering from Wool Warehouse. I can't get over how inexpensive it is for shipping here to Canada. If I order from the States, shipping would be well over $20. Also, I like on WW website that you can click on a button to switch to your own country's currency ❤
Hello Sandra! Thank you for the Wool Warehouse information! I didn’t know you could switch to your own country’s currency on WW’s website. I’ve only ordered from WW twice. But now I think it will be my go to yarn resource. Thank you so much for watching and taking the time to comment. 😊❤️
@@knitterskniche yes, there is a little "button" at the very top right to switch currencies. I ordered some yarn yesterday for the new Meridienne tunic/dress by Claudia Quintnella (sp?) 😊
So glad you’re making the weekender. I can’t wait to see it finished. I have a question. I thought it was a 10ply or 4ply pattern not a DK. Am I mistaken. I have bought both these patterns. Can you talk about the size you chose and why please?
Hello! This is The Weekender Crew which is Andrea’s latest rendition of the original Weekender. It is knit with dk yarn. The size I’m knitting is size 2 which gives me 7 inches of positive ease. The sweater is intended to be worn with approximately 8-12 inches of positive ease. It does have a relaxed, boxy silhouette. I hope that answers your questions! Thank you so much for watching and commenting! Have a great weekend! 😊❤️
Oh gosh what an amazing store.
I favorited so many of the patterns you mentioned today. Thanks for another great podcast!! SO SUPER HAPPY to sponsors about Wool Warehouse shipping prices!!! Thanks!!!
I have knit many projects with malabrigo. Rios, Arroyo, Mohair, worsted, rasta, on and on. Love them all. It is a dream.
Oh my goodness! That looks like the most epic yarn store! All but one yarn stores in my area has closed, so Wool and Co looks like a dream.
Congrats on the Tif test knit and thanks so much for sharing so very thoughtfully with us.❤
Great podcast thank you
Wool and Co. is my favorite on-line shop. Free and fast shipping and such a huge collection of yarn. It looks amazing in “real life” and now I have to plan a trip to Illinois. 😂
The wool warehouse is the most competitive website for yarns that I use in England 😊
I love those project bags and have made that pattern too… I plan to make more ❤
Thank you for the tour, much appreciated, have a great day, from Montreal, Canada
Thanks for the tour at Wool & Co, amazing 🧶
The Woolly Thistle in New Hampshire carries British Yarns including Yorkshire Spinners. They have a great podcast too. Can’t wait to see your socks.
I lived in Elgin and Wool and Co at that time was a tiny yarn shop in downtown St Charles. Wow have they grown. Thanks for sharing.
My goodness...I am from Cullman county, but currently living in central Illinois....there is only one yarn shop within an hour from these corn fields....before I became a knitter, I visited a yarn shop on hwy 431 in Huntsville with a co-worker .
I enjoy your podcasts. Blessings from Illinois.

thank u i am going to make hocus pocus socks
I did not see the RUclips channel for the handmade life.
I believe the podcast is My So-Called Handmade Life and the sock designer is This Handmade Life.
