    Wool and Co. is my favorite on-line shop. Free and fast shipping and such a huge collection of yarn. It looks amazing in “real life” and now I have to plan a trip to Illinois. 😂

    I enjoy your podcasts. Blessings from Illinois.

    Wow Bobbi, Wool and Co is the largest yarn store I have seen. A wonderful selection of yarns. I just finished my Ilha, LOVE IT, you were the inspiration. I used Sonder yarn. I’m just about finished the Wood Anemone by Sari Nordlund. An excellent pattern and wonderful lace, written as well as charted. Thank you for always stating metric needles sizes as well as US. I agree, postage is ridiculous! Thx for another great podcast!

    I will be interested to see how the Weekender comes out in the Berroco Vintage DK! I have several skeins of it and might use it for the same pattern if you like yours!
    Also, how did the BT Quarry blanket feel (from Wool & Co)? I have 4 skeins that I'd like to use for a vest. And I love Wool & Co! I order regularly from them. Happy knitting!

    I was so excited when I saw you had a new video up. I love your videos. I’m working on my first cardigan with a button band. I won’t get to that until the end but it is very daunting to me. I just started the back of the cardigan so it will be a long while. It’s fingering wt and a bit harder on my hands. Needing frequent breaks. You do such a beautiful job on your knits! Happy Halloween Bobbi. 🎃

    I love ordering from Wool Warehouse. I can't get over how inexpensive it is for shipping here to Canada. If I order from the States, shipping would be well over $20. Also, I like on WW website that you can click on a button to switch to your own country's currency ❤

      Hello Sandra! Thank you for the Wool Warehouse information! I didn’t know you could switch to your own country’s currency on WW’s website. I’ve only ordered from WW twice. But now I think it will be my go to yarn resource. Thank you so much for watching and taking the time to comment. 😊❤️

    So glad you’re making the weekender. I can’t wait to see it finished. I have a question. I thought it was a 10ply or 4ply pattern not a DK. Am I mistaken. I have bought both these patterns. Can you talk about the size you chose and why please?

    • @knitterskniche
      @knitterskniche  Год назад +1

      Hello! This is The Weekender Crew which is Andrea’s latest rendition of the original Weekender. It is knit with dk yarn. The size I’m knitting is size 2 which gives me 7 inches of positive ease. The sweater is intended to be worn with approximately 8-12 inches of positive ease. It does have a relaxed, boxy silhouette. I hope that answers your questions! Thank you so much for watching and commenting! Have a great weekend! 😊❤️
