    Very nice video! This is why it's awesome to have people from other industries bring their unique perspective into the ServiceNow ecosystem. I also really liked Kathy's retrospectives at the end of the video. Very strong individual!

      Kathy is going to make a ServiceNow customer or partner VERY happy. She's spent 2 decades in an industry where mistakes mean you shatter someone's dreams. Her tenacity and attention to detail is peerless.

    Love this. I See so many small to Medium sized firms which really need servicenow but cant afford it😢. There is a huge Potential

    Love the video. Decision tables might also help manage some of the different loan types! My new favorite.

      Totally agree. Given the scope of the course, we didn't quite get to Decision Tables. But I'm happy to see she's thinking subflows already. Not bad for someone with only a few weeks of SN experience.
