Gerald, maybe you should seek help from the government, whatever it takes. Your financial situation sounds serious and painful. I'm sure you are entitled to some kind of assistance from certain people in your country.
How I agree that living in a car provides peace and awareness of the beauty of life around which you could miss when you are cooped up inside your home.

We get some help, I think its called family credit or something similar, my wife deals with it but its not enough, the insurance for the house is around 6K a year, that's insane, when we came to this house we checked everything apart from insurance, our home in London we paid only £300 a year, so it would take 20yrs of paying insurance in London to add up to one year in this house, such a mistake we made.
Thanks for your support my friend, I do appreciate you watching even when sometimes my video may not be entertaining or may be more serious or about subjects maybe we shouldn't talk about.

Can you do Deliveroo/Just eat type work; because it can fit around your schedule and you seem presentable and you would be able. To at least pass the time of day with someone, when you are delivering. It won't be enough to clear your debt, but it would help with basic expenses and if your car is economical on fuel then it could be done. So many questions I would like to ask you, but it would be prying and none of my business quite frankly. I can see the stress of the debt has affected you greatly; but one day hopefully you can turn this around. New clothes aren't important and are just material things at the end of the day. You could get something "new to you" in the charity shop? Anyway, I could go on, but I will leave it there. Love the 🌈!

You seem to have been given a decent inheritance by your parents thanks to high London house prices. You've spent alot of it and are now worrying. But that's means tested and they take into account savings and family assets, apart from the primary residence

  • @Equinoxious342

Why did you have to pay? Surely you did not have to fund these costs but you chose to? But, did YOU really pay?
Your father's costs are not your costs.
I understand you wanted the best for your father, but he was never going to come back. Dementia is dementia, it's a progressive condition that doesn't improve. Your father no doubt paid into the healthcare system all his working life and that system is what should be taking care of him. That, and his own assets.
The home in London, whose house was that? You grew up there, so this was your parents' house not yours? In this case, you haven't paid, your father paid via disposal of his property - it was never yours? I don't know what they give, its probably better if I go to France then come on a dingy grow my beard a bit as I do look middle eastern when I do then I may get benefits, pension etc, whats not fair is that their parents never paid thousand or hundreds of thousands into the pool of money the government have and still get more than us, mind boggling
