These books are worth their weight in gold for all the reasons you mentioned!
I’ve also picked up older gunsmithing books on eBay for a few dollars each! Aside from just being interesting, older books have so many tidbits that are great to know.

Good stuff. BTW the gun digest shotgun book is not available from them in paperback, but you can get a copy on eBay for $300, Ridiculous. Keep up the good work. Subbed.
