What brand of pea sheller do you use? I have (in Northwest Florida) 2 Taylor commercial and 8 Welborne shellers. Looking to replace the Taylors. Does the ones you guys have shell the Whippersnapper peas well? Top Pic Cream?
Econo Sheller - not sure they even make them any more. Made in Texas.

Do you have to have any kind of license/permit/etc for shelling the peas or does it not fall under food processing or food safety regs?
No special license needed.
I have to spray once a week to keep the bugs out of the peas. Curious if you spray and what you use?
Bifenthrin is a good place to start
When can the public come and pick the produce(peas)
