I can't think of another garden walkthrough that I've enjoyed more.
Your enthusiasm is more infectious than the covid! I giggled out loud more than I should have in a quiet house at 5:30 am. Glad you got some rest and are refreshed. Thank you for your hard work to serve your fans!

Man, Memphis is running 98-99 with 105-110 heat index the last 3 weeks, AND no rain until today. The bottom fell out and we got an inch in 30 minutes and more on the way according to the weather folks, Praise the Lord! Everything in the garden has been at a standstill. Can't wait til we start seeing those bountiful harvests like yours! Bless y'all, you lit up my day!
Y'all are hilarious! Your garden is poppin. I can't wait to see the canning/preserving marathon.

Zach, you’re so lucky...Jen is so sweet and classy. Who else can say dog turd and flash that adorable smile & giggle at the same time.
Try dehydrated squash & zucchini chips!! New favorite snack!!!
I just dehydrated zucchini the other day and yum!!
So do you season them before they are dehydrated? I’m thinking just a sprinkle of sea salt...?
Exact measurement: Crap Ton 🤣. Guilty of using that one myself
Looking forward to all the canning vlogs.
They seem super happy
Love yalls videos...so down to earth and real life.
So fun. I remember your huge harvest last year. So lucky!!
Green beans and potatoes as a side. Yum! Add sausage and you have a complete meal. Delicious!
You and your family certainly deserved a wonderful vacation with all the hardwork you do! Very glad you had great time in Gatlinburg. It's so nice to have a place you know and love to return and vacation. Almost like going home and seeing an old friend!
Now starts all the harvesting and canning for yoy and Jenn. I know she is primarily responsible for the canning but know you are a huge help. So much goodness to have in your pantry for the rest of the year!
What a wonderful harvest! I am looking forward to this week's videos on canning and putting up your bounty.
Wow, you are blessed ! Great garden!
Jenn you are so funny! Pickled dog turd? Lol, I laughed so hard....thanks I needed that. :)

I just found you, I did some garden work this morning and then turned to RUclips to ease my worries about the state of the world and this was a nice video 💜
Very nice harvest!!👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼😋♥️♥️♥️♥️
As my Dad would say: “I wonder what the poor people are eating today?” You have to feel wealthy while eating and canning such bounty!!!
You two have such good spirits about this. I’m definitely going to subscribe
Yay. AWESOME harvest. It's ridiculously Hot & Humid here in Southwest Missouri too! Love you guys❤❤❤🤟
I am so proud of you both, you really inspire people. As the saying goes were there s a will there is a way.. South Africa xx
84 here in Chimayo, New Mexico and we can hear the thunder in the distance! When i make salsa de tomatillo I roast the onions, jalapenos and the tomatillos in a cast iron on top of the stove. It gives it such a great taste! Once everything is roasted I just add garlic (you can also roast the garlic cloves😋) and salt and blend well!
Hey Brother Maryviile Tn here . 30 miles from Gatlinburg . Great harvest 😄
Haha "crap ton"..Just love you guys
I HAVE THE SAME SASQUATCH IN OUR FRONT YARD!!!!
I went to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge last February at a convention for ladies it was wonderful and the weather was great. Had a wonderful time
The sun flower is very pretty and the harvest is Awesome. A lot of good ideas yum. Temp is 95 heat index 108 it has been like this for a week. And more to come . We did get some rain yesterday so happy for it and the gardens love it .
Looking forward to seeing what you cook up! Thank you for sharing!
Tomatillos, you can freeze them and put them straight into a pot and boil them to make the spicy salsa. I also use the salsa Verde to make Chilaquiles.
Made your Zucchini bread today. It is actually the best Zucchini bread. Also showing how to can is not boring. I am learning so much from you. Thank you so much!
Colorado grower here... been in the 90°s... your harvest looks amazing! We are a little behind here... can't wait till we start bringing in more.
Awesome harvest.
Wow I love watching your videos especially your last video where Zack was dancing I was losing it I was laughing so hard I've watched other videos of cops doing that dance and they crack me up to but his was the best
To say that the south is hot right now is an understatement! You feel like you're melting within 2 minutes outside.
Love the kitchen videos! Can't wait!
Looks great outside
AMAZING harvest guys!!! Being Russian, I never ate oh-kree before I moved to US - it does not grow in the snow :-) I LOVE pickled okra, especially with hot pepper! I am with you guys on ah-kree!
Awesome harvest there
We got tons of okra this year. Chop them about an inch with, soak them in water and lemon ir lime juice, drain and make a delicious stew with beef, tomatoes, tomato paste, pumpkin, onions, carrots, garlic, one teaspoon of lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoons of sugar and olive oil. My mouth is watering now 😂. You can freeze raw too and use them whenever you want. I still have frozen from last season.
Try tossing/rinsing the cut okra with citrus juice like lemon or lime to cut the slime before cooking if that texture grosses you out! My South Indian neighbor taught me this 💛
Here in Festus, Missouri it’s 91 but feels like 100. Oh and did I mention 89% humidity?? 😬😳! Beautiful harvest!! Congratulations!
Hey fellow Missourian! Im in Vienna Mo!
Big Muddy Homestead Well Hello!! I just found your channel. and subscribed!!!
With the way the world is today, you really shouldn't share publicly the city where you live. Internet safety... please be careful.
@@albanymountainhomestead Thanks for advice.
Look forward to refrigerator pickling!! From Montgomery Alabama
Omg, I love ur bigfoots in the back. I'm a bigfoot nut. My 1st. Time watching and I subscribed. Love u guys.
I always smile watching you guys!
110 in Texas but I would brave the heat for some fresh okra right now!
Love okra!! Our hometown is Cleveland Mississippi, the home of Delta State University. The unofficial mascot is "the Fighting Okra" because their colors are green and white. Look them up to see what he looks like!!
You guys are the best!!!
Great haul. It is blazing hot in Virginia, too. Be safe in the heat.
Love the sunflowers
I’m from Wisconsin and have always lived in Wisconsin. I love and grow okra. My mom grew it in our gardens on the farm so to us it was just another vegetable in the garden. I never knew it was a southern thing until I was an adult traveling in the south. It was on the menu of every restaurant we ate at and I couldn’t believe it. You’d never see it on a menu up here. 😍 I have never canned it nor have I pickled okra. I’m looking forward to seeing how y’all preserve yours.
So glad ya got away and were able to refresh yourselves. A coworker of mine had a winter home in Gatlinberg and spoke highly of it all the time. We’ll need to check it out sometime soon. Take care...
I live in East TN. Y’all should visit Gatlinburg/P Forge in the fall next time. The mountains are beautiful with the changing leaves, plus you won’t need to miss the harvest 😉. Made your bread and butter pickle recipe today. Thanks y’all!
It's been soooooo hot here in Virginia. I was excited to see the storm clouds roll in with some thunder, but it was a dud....no rain.
Y'all are so much fun 😂
I am from the Caribbean..... First of all love your family... And its always hot here....
I just love Y'all to death. You make me laugh in almost every video you put out. I can't wait to see the canning and preserving videos coming up. God Bless Y'all.
I am in Huffman, TX just North of Houston. It has been up to 106 on some days with a heat index of 116. We have had a lot of rain in the last couple of days but the 💯% humidity is what the killer is. So I feel the same as y'all on the heat.
Small okree pods are great boiled , slow and low, with butter, salt, pepper and just enough water. Not slimy.
Pickle a dog turd. 😂😂😂 I died!
My husband makes great salsa verde. We do chilli verde, chicken soups, enchiladas and then just eat it with chips. Oh so good
Here in Galveston, Texas it is very hot and humid! Our tomatoes are through producing...hmpicked our last few 2 weeks ago. Time to get ready for our fall garden!! Btw your garden is gorgeous!! Love you guys!!
Love you guys, your interaction with each other is refreshing. 😃
With all the prices going up. These skills are even more necessary. Thanks for doing what y'all do
Mississippi Gulf Coast is 91 today with a heat index of 104, so it's a little cooler today than what is has been. Still to stinking hot.
The high today was 93 but..... at one point this summer we were like 117 for a high. But the funny thing is that all summer it has been really really really cool at night, sometimes just downright cold. Usually it is a scorcher 24 7 during the summer for us. We are in the Sacramento Valley of California.
Try some onion and bacon to the green beans and potatoes, super good.
A grandma taught me a new way to eat okra that sounded strange and did not sound good but it was delish. Cooked Black eyed peas with whole okra cooked till tender (salt and pepper to taste).
Lickies and chewies is what my family calls snacks but it's from military life lol.
Yeah, in SC it's been over 95 with a heat index in the 100s. I'm back inside by 10am and back out at 6 pm! Lol
I just dry canned a bunch of yellow squash. Turned out perfect.
Same weather in Northern Colorado!
Y’all crack me up lol. Great harvest you got. Love you all!!! 🥒🥦🧅🌶🍅🥔
You guys crack me up...I smile alot during your videos....I'm canning and dehydrating also I tried dehydrated cucumber chips
I just stumbled across your channel. You both emit such joy. Thanks for sharing your laughter, enthusiasm, and knowledge. I’m excited to watch more. hope you’re both doin well (and ready for another bountiful season!!).
Thank you so much for the zucchini bread recipe!! I made it yesterday morning and we loved it!.. I went to the farmers market and bought 9 zucchini (some big) went home and grated and froze them all just for this bread. My freezer wouldn't hold that many loaves.
Enjoy your kitchen week - I always feel so good when I put up veggies and fruit.
I’m excited to see you preserve all that harvest!! Your garden is just exploding with abundance 💜
in the caribbean we love ochra ... you can cut it up with some tomatoes, onions and peppers.. spice up with some general seasonings.. cook in a sauce pan and use as a veg eaten with nan bread or we eat with boiled green bananas.. even better with some salted cod added.
Great harvest, how exciting, love your happiness here!
Those sunflowers OOOH, so beautiful 😍
It’s winter here in Australia - 42 Fahrenheit - so too cold for all the delicious summer veg, but I’ve got a tonne of brassicas, alliums, root veg and peas growing!
I'm in Georgia. It's 90° right now. Will be 96 in a few hours.
My wife dehydrates zucchini and makes powder out of it to add to everything. In sweets, breads, meatballs, the sky is the limit with her. Her mom loves making relish out of it.
It's hot up here. Just a few hours north away from you all. With these cooler nights my cucumber plants have taken off. Along with the tomatoes
It was 98 degrees here in Maryland today and heat index was 106. Its been very hot for several weeks.
Mid to high 90's, but man that heat index is what will really get ya, 104-110!! Here in southern NC.
Stick young okra on a skewer sprinkled with just a bit of salt and pepper. Throw it on the grill next time you cook out. The best!
