    Pizza acrobatics, sometimes called pizza freestyle or pizza tossing, has been around since the 1980s. The sport - it is actually considered a sport - involves tossing mounds of stretched pizza dough in the air, and performing jaw-dropping tricks with it. The dough seemingly defies gravity, launching straight in the air in perfect circular disks. Some acrobats can keep two pizzas twirling at a time.
    International pizza makers - or “pizzaiolos” - travel from near and far to attend the yearly events. “Competitors from around the world all fly in and compete,” , and has Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, and Native American roots. Athletes, as they’re called at the competitions, hail from across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Morocco, Sweden, France, India, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and of course, Italy. They spend all year preparing and practicing their acrobatic acts.
    This team of Acrobatic Pizza Makers was born by chance; a group of friends who met in the evening to have fun and share their views and experiences of work at a pizzeria.
    Between a chat, a plate of spaghetti and a good pizza, they started throwing the pizzas in the air just for fun and discovered that they were actually really god at it! And so the Acrobatic Pizza Makers were born.
    Beginning to meet more frequently, even several times a week and at night when everyone had finished their work, the acrobatic pizza makers perfected their skills before their first official appearance at Anzio, the European championship.
    Meanwhile, the various pizza championships arose: regional, national and even worldwide; TV stations were interested in their new discipline and increasingly the group was called as guests on TV, the local radio stations in the country and abroad. They have even appeared on the popular television series, “Italia’s Got Talent.”
    Guests will watch in utter amazement as these world champion acrobatic pizza makers throw, twirl, spin and juggle multiple pizza bases into the air. Combining performance, acrobatics, humour and catering, the acrobatic pizza makers really do create the ultimate choice of entertainment for any event! Bringing the game of acrobatic pizza making into the world, all the way from Italy, to America and Japan.

    I've seen many people in England and Ireland using Gozney Roccbox dual ovens for street food pizza businesses. Can Roccobox handle it, considering it loses temperature after 7-8 pizzas? How much does it lose, and what's your opinion on a small street business with Gozney Roccobox or Gozney Dome? I've also looked at the Zio Ciro 80 gas, but it's significantly more expensive. Thanks.

    This is legit i do the same, bring my dough to anywhere doctor office, park, terapist, kid school, parking slot😂😂.
    For those who are saying do it with real dough.... He have videos doing that, and the preparation for that is diferent. Just imagine doing that in the street with maybe 6 or 8 real dough. Come on you have to bring a box or something to put those spining dough 😂😂🙄🧠 . Vs 2 silicone dough and let's start the party plus those dough are design for that reason for traning and don't lose flour that cost money 🥱🤦🏼
    That traning dough is the big size need previuos traning and some mastery why he is using 2 need coordination and the arm have to be in condition you can hurt your own arm or back like my case in my begining 😂😂 is like the gym.
