I was wondering why they didn't bump the power more with the initial remodel. Makes no sense to not just smoke the competition when the engine is severely undertuned. Stage 1 S3s are making 400+hp.. They should have always came stock with 330-350.
The clip board is hilarious… the most German thing ever 😂… I have to use a clipboard for my Grman wife on Holidays.. can’t even enjoy the trip because I’m busy giving feedback 😂
They need to put a track mode option on that to turn off the rev limiter and fully turn off esp and all the other stuff, maybe a cat bypass flap as well to unleash its full potential! That is what we want!
Stage 1 tunes solve all that and you get over 400hp in the process. Pretty awesome. At least in my 23 S3. I'm assuming all they did for more power was make the tune more aggressive from the factory. You also can turn all esp off by holding the button and not just pushing it once as well. That's what I do in the snow or for launches.

Do you know when orders start for this car I have tried Audi but d have a clue
Supa cool vid, if Audi makes the changes and allow you to retest will be crazy cool
I had a 2018 S3, great fun to drive, very responsive. Everyone wanted to race you, with them regretting the challenge and coming off 2nd best 😂 I’d be interested to know if they have improved the infotainment system, cause this imo was awful.
I have a mk7 R, stg 2, probably going stg 3 in the future, will be keeping the stock cat back because the EA888 just doesn't sound good.
Great ! a Golf R for those to not whant to been seen in a golf R ; ) Want one !
This camouflage colour is better than those so called black / carbon editions. At least we can tell it’s Audi. OOOO
Only 4.8 0-60? I have got a 4 from my MK8 R and even seen some get 3.9.
Not in standard form, for sure.
great car for the money! I have the RS3, but this is nice if you don't need the epic sound and power the legendary 5 provides;) It is only fair this gets what the R has already had...
Brilliant video Rory.
Though people will blame you if the production car isn't "loud enough"!
The fact that they took the RS3 differential and put it on the S3 makes me hopeful for the RS3 facelift
I was wondering why they didn't bump the power more with the initial remodel. Makes no sense to not just smoke the competition when the engine is severely undertuned.
Stage 1 S3s are making 400+hp..
They should have always came stock with 330-350.
Still there has to be room for the RS3.
Manual hatchback here in Birth America would be quite nice. The 3 should have that option I think. Especially the RS3.
Can you get a hold of the M135/140i from BMW which is coming out later this year
bro, this akrapovic is a huge disappointment ngl, pay extra for no extra effects, a golf gti sounds better
YEah. More prototype drives. Definitely interested in upcoming EVs. See if you can get Rivian to give you an R2 prototype!
Great vid Rory
Some how I like the wrap they did to cover everything. That’s a sexy looking hatchback.
I'd like to see more prototype drives.
The clip board is hilarious… the most German thing ever 😂… I have to use a clipboard for my Grman wife on Holidays.. can’t even enjoy the trip because I’m busy giving feedback 😂
love the censor on g*rman lol
Very nice channel!
Great review
Love your reviews, Rory
When we can expect full release ?
They need to put a track mode option on that to turn off the rev limiter and fully turn off esp and all the other stuff, maybe a cat bypass flap as well to unleash its full potential! That is what we want!
Stage 1 tunes solve all that and you get over 400hp in the process. Pretty awesome. At least in my 23 S3. I'm assuming all they did for more power was make the tune more aggressive from the factory.
You also can turn all esp off by holding the button and not just pushing it once as well. That's what I do in the snow or for launches.
I had a remapped A3 a while back and standard S3’s launched a lot slower but obviously they all caught up with me like a raging tornado 😂 but yeah u gotta remap what ever one u get but I paid 2g for a 2.0 tfsi with a dsg box then remapped it, u can’t even buy the new S3 wheels for price! @@subliminakeys1674
Just for context, I’m on a 40 month driving ban atm! I left it pointing at the sky on a bollard in a fed chase! 😂 @@subliminakeys1674
thanks for speaking out on behalf of most Audi fans :)
I just hope they offer the adaptive suspension in every version not just in the top spec version!
Great, wonder when will there be an inline-5 Audi RS3 or TT-RS?
Didn't you get the memo, TT has been discontinued.
Now can we have another review of the production version to see if any of Rory's comments were incorporated.
great review i liked it.......... Audi should at least increase the soft limiter to 5500 rpm
So that means that new rs3 is coming also soon?
Hey Rory, you won't know how good the suspension is, because the roads in Oman are straight and smooth. I would have given the crown for the worst regards to India, but the UK has overtaken everyone.
