You have really helped me understand “hands in” by having the hands bisect the biceps on both sides. I had misunderstood and would bring them in low next to my hip that kept my shoulder too level. I also appreciated how you kept building a longer swing when you added the next two words from the S&T template. Very nice job. Randy
Good fundamentals. I like to refer back to these 10 words when getting ready on the range. I never thought about them as a progression before tho, but that is an extra plus.
Jess- great video. I found my way to your channel via the video you did with Tom Saguto. I’m a big fan of Tom’s and your approach seems very similar. I went out today and followed your advice and wouldn’t you know, I hit some crispy KFC shots. Seems so counterintuitive to keep the weight forward, but it does appear to be the key to returning the club head to the same position consistently. BTW- I’ve played Deer Creek a few times while in Boca. Would love to take a lesson with you sometime. Thanks for the great guidance. 😊
Good review Jess but my singular problem is the follow-thru Have balance issues as I try to perfect the finish. I know you'll probably say that tucking the tush will do it but I can't seem to move my weight to the outside of the left foot or heel. What's the answer? Be good-Russ

The knee flex change is how you do it:)
Explain that Jess. What do you mean by the knee flex change. Please be more explicit.@@JessFrankGolfAcademyBocaRaton

Good video Coach..how fast can I swing the club? It's about rhythm, is it different from golfer to golfer?
Swing as fast as you can so you can make solid contact and maintain the fundamentals
Good video Jess!! How much do you keep your right foot back? It’s hard to tell in the video! Thanks!
Maybe an inch back not much
