Good macro get's you to masters. After that point coaching may make sense. But till you're masters 3 you can probably simply improve on macro and standard builds.
It always amuses me that people spend money to be better at a video game. Is there a more useless skill? Who in their right mind spends money just to maybe do some thing more efficiently in a game? That's a chore in itself, and it's never worth it until you're already a pro gamer and know that at least coaching at Clem's can get you more money in the future. But if you're in diamond 3 and want to get into diamond 2 then I guarantee you it's not even worth $1. Your life will be the same, you will waste time in the same way. It's simple entertainment, no one cares if you click better or not at this level. I am a master 2 myself, I have played quite a bit in the past. I don't see any need to be even better, I play for fun. Anyone who plays just to be better at the game is making a big mistake. It's not worth thousands of hours. Entertainment is one thing, addiction to ranked games is another. If you add to that spending money it's even worse. Also, all this is unacceptable to me, because on YT we already have hundreds of thousands of hours of videos on how to do something, you don't need someone else to tell you what you can google anyway. This is just sick. Coaching should give people new perspectives that will pay off for them in the future. Meanwhile, we have coaching that will give you absolutely nothing, maybe you will be even more addicted. That's not how it should be.

It also may amaze you that people are passionate enough to want to reach new heights of skill level and can actually find that enjoyable. I paid 100 USD to a russian 6k GM to coach me from D3 to M3. We just keep running the same 5 builds in rotation for every race until I got good at it.
