I think we should include "tracking of product/feature" also, like how and which are the metrics must be tracked over the period of time ? nevertheless, I find this very helpful template ! :) :)

Absolutely, you can use google docs - that's what I usually use at work. You can also write it in word documents, confluence pages, or whatever tool your company uses and you feel most comfortable in :)
