So, if you are rich, you can drive 250km/h, 300 or even 400. But, normal people need to "save the planet" and drive max 180, 150 or not drive at all. Can I change the software/chip to drive what this engine can produce?

@@drodiger Theoretically yes, as long as there are no technical limitations (e.g. gear ratio). Of course, this also voids the warranty.
