1970’s took family of 5 kids left LA,Ca for Mt Shasta & the Klamath river area…they were 4-14…they returned with their children, now 9-10 of my 13 great grandchildren have been there! Their young life was running in the creeks, climbing the hills, made bread everyday, my own jam apple sauce, fish from the river, wood burning stove…to some we were poor, but the kids were never sick, they would come home 1/2 school are out sick but we never get sick! Even my mother left her condo in southern Fla joined us in 1990, & she left this life in the north shadow of Mt Shasta! All of them at sometime were taken to the “Lake Shrine” in La, Ca that they knew there were other ways of praying!
I have visions that manifest in me which I observed that happened after conscious increase in my meditation. Not only for. self; in fact more for others and had shared with those individuals! Also, shared with the Government too, regarding healthcare and economics !!

Sadghuru I agree that it is best to look inward and create a pleasant and joyful internal feeling, whatever happens outside.But things said are easier than done.Its not easy to keep that constant bliss inside of us .We are born crying and whining.It looks like it is in our nature to be like that. We are told over and over again that things won't bring happiness, inner happiness is the key but we are never told exactly HOW to achieve this. If someone says it's just meditation, are we really saying that sitting down and breathing slowly for 20 minutes will bring intense inner bliss all the time? I've read both of his books and still don't feel like I know. I'm just hoping it's not a, "Just sign up for my $3,000 course and I will let you know the secret." You can't just say to people, "Why are you doing something you don't like? Just stop doing it and be happy!" My question is, who’s going to pay my bills? Who's going to feed my children?

We are told over and over again that things won't bring happiness, inner happiness is the key but we are never told exactly HOW to achieve this. If someone says it's just meditation, are we really saying that sitting down and breathing slowly for 20 minutes will bring intense inner bliss all the time? I've read both of his books and still don't feel like I know. I'm just hoping it's not a, "Just sign up for my $3,000 course and I will let you know the secret."
You can't just say to people, "Why are you doing something you don't like? Just stop doing it and be happy!" My question is, who’s going to pay my bills? Who's going to feed my children?

Namaskaram, I haven't watched the entire video yet but so far really awesome collection. Thank you for sharing. I can't imagine the work that went behind making this!
My biggest take away thus far is that our entire experience of life comes from within (which is obvious but this time it hit a little different). Other than that, I have a busy next two weeks as my parents go on vacation, I will be house sitting and finishing my Isha Kriya mandala. Coincidentally cumulates on the night/morning of Mahashivratri. I'm looking forward to the unknown in 2024.

I really want to look up to Sadhguru, but the whole thing with his wife's mysterious death cannot be overlooked. I've read many of his books, and much of it truly resonates with me. I just hope I'm not giving money to somebody who either committed murder or is complicit in a murder.
